Coming into Christmas (2022) I was struggling with chronic pain as a result of issues with SI Joint pain. Movement was difficult, and the pain was a mix of consistent dull ache in my lower back and left hip area; with the odd spasm being triggered. It was very draining. I undertook treatment twice during the week between Christmas and New Years with Brian, who applied TECAR Therapy - this is something Brian is set-up to do - and the results were great! The TECAR treatment resulted in both relief from the chronic pain as well as the stiffness in movement. It also reduced my need for anti-inflammation/pain killers. I would highly recommend this therapy and the treatment by Brian to anyone suffering in a similar fashion. The relief was almost immediate; the difference between before and after the session was impressive.

Had treatment for right ankle sprain and collapsed arches (flat feet). I found Lisa gave excellent treatment and care. She was also very professional and explained treatment at every stage. Excellent value. I am a very satisfied client and would certainly recommend her.
