Freda treated my gluteal tendinitis with a combination of acupuncture and an exercise and strength programme. I was booked in with Dave, who I found extremely professional and he assessed my back. He gave me exercises to do each day to strengthen my back and massaged out the knots which I had. After 4 weeks of seeing Dave, my back has improved immensely, and I feel stronger and able to move with ease. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone.

I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. She prescribed and procured orthotics and recommended stretching exercises. Colette is truly professional and very good value.
