Freda treated my gluteal tendinitis with a combination of acupuncture and an exercise and strength programme. Following an accident (fell backwards from a height) I am receiving Tecar Treatment. The pain I was experiencing completely took over my life. When in bed I couldn’t even turn without help. Couldn’t stand up from sitting and worst of all I could only take baby steps. Basically I could do nothing unless my husband did everything for me. Independence gone - scary stuff. I started to improve after a number of sessions over 8 weeks. While home for Christmas and New Year I was so glad to find Brian and The Cottage Clinic that have Tecar Therapy. Brian is a lovely guy and puts you at ease immediately. His purpose-built studio is kitted out very professionally. I can highly recommend Tecar Therapy. It’s a non invasive therapy and very soothing on soft and deep tissue. My injury is in the lumbar area on an old injury. I have made substantial progress with Tecar without taking anti inflammatory or pain relief medication (I’m allergic). I can highly recommend Brian The Cottage Clinic and Tecar Therapy.

I had a calf injury and was struggling to walk any distance. Darren sorted it out in a few sessions, gave me suitable exercises to do and within a couple of weeks I was back doing my usual 5k walk. Super clinician.

I was recommended by my friend to visit KM injury clinic for Physio as I was struggling with back pain and stiffness for a while. I was booked in with Dave, who I found extremely professional and he assessed my back. He gave me exercises to do each day to strengthen my back and massaged out the knots which I had. After 4 weeks of seeing Dave, my back has improved immensely, and I feel stronger and able to move with ease. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone.

I had a consultation and treatment session with Colette for planter fasciitis. I knew immediately I was in good hands….very knowledgable about the condition and skilled in treatment. She prescribed and procured orthotics and recommended stretching exercises. Colette is truly professional and very good value. She was recommended by a friend who had benefited from her treatment for same condition. And I am well on the road to recovery

Eddie fitted me out with a pair of custom orthotics. His depth of knowledge of my condition was impressive. His recommendations are excellent. Eddie was extremely thorough from the initial examination and scan of my feet to the first fitting of my very comfortable insoles.

Dominic is very thorough and considerate. Not watching the clock he took time to explain his assessment, subsequent treatment, and future plan of action. Highly recommended.
