Helping sportspersons achieve and maintain the best possible condition to achieve their best performance levels is the aim of the team at this sports therapy clinic located at Ashford in County Wicklow. Late evening appointments are offered to accommodate busy schedules at the clinic. A combination of treatments is used to help patients recover from painful musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries in the shortest possible time. Services offered at the clinic include fitness training, physical therapy, Dry cupping, biomechanical assessments and fitting custom orthotics, shockwave therapy, treatment for tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, Low Level Laser Therapy, chronic pain treatment and dry needling.

Chartered Physiotherapist with 25 years experience. Completed 2 Masters Degrees in Manual Therapy and Musculoskeletal Health. From early in my career I began practicing and teaching yoga and pilates and began to develop a holistic approach. This led me to studying craniosacral therapy and later visceral manipulation and somatic movement education. Most recently I've been delving deeply into study of trauma and the Nervous System as it is so involved in any chronic health problems.  As a result I have a very holistic approach that is suited both to acute injuries and chronic longstanding problems. My main interests are women's health (pelvic health/pre and post natal) and pain.  Holistic bodywork sessions will usually address body parts away from the site of pain because of the interconnectness of the fascial system.  I also teach  yoga and workshops/courses on pelvic health and the nervous system.
