She put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by stepMartina, Ireland, 19 08 24

Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

Myofascial Release from €80
Myofascial release is a technique that we use in all of deep tissue and therapeutic treatments as well as in some of our other treatments. It aims to restore muscle and connective tissue to its natural resting length, free up adhesions and boosting blood and lymph circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage from €80
Deep tissue massage is slow, deep massage techniques focused on areas of pain and tension with the intent of re-aligning muscles and connective tissue/fascia. We explore the pattern of tension and pain to find what is causing the issue with the goal of correcting the imbalance and restoring normal function. We use myofascial techniques to achieve deep and lasting changes in the muscles and fascial systems. Deep tissue massage is a part of our   for pain, injury and limited mobility. Chartered Physiotherapist with 25 years experience. Completed 2 Masters Degrees in Manual Therapy and Musculoskeletal Health. From early in my career I began practicing and teaching yoga and pilates and began to develop a holistic approach. This led me to studying craniosacral therapy and later visceral manipulation and somatic movement education. Most recently I've been delving deeply into study of trauma and the Nervous System as it is so involved in any chronic health problems.  As a result I have a very holistic approach that is suited both to acute injuries and chronic longstanding problems. My main interests are women's health (pelvic health/pre and post natal) and pain.  Holistic bodywork sessions will usually address body parts away from the site of pain because of the interconnectness of the fascial system.  I also teach  yoga and workshops/courses on pelvic health and the nervous system.

Myofascial Release €25 - €60
Th Myofascia has been underestimated for a long time and only recently is research proving how amazing and important it is.  Often chronic pain and postural problems are a result of problems with our myofascia. The myofascia is like a web that wraps between and around all of our muscles and joints, from the top of our head to the tips of our toes.  When it gets tight it can be like wearing a tight shirt, we lack the slack to fully move.  Myofascial  release  creates  space like putting on a bigger shirt giving the room to move. This also relieves pain.
Sports Massage €25 - €60
Prevents injury by treating muscle imbalance, helps increase range of motion and strength and reduces muscle soreness and fatigue.  Pre-event warm up massage also helps prevent injury. Accelerates healing from injury.
Pregnancy Massage
Drawing on all my massage and physical therapy techniques a treatment is tailored to each womans needs.  This could be a gentle light relaxing massage or a therapeutic deeper massage releasing trigger points to relief sciatica.  I am fully trained to specialise in pregnancy massage it is a very safe treatment and the women get great relief from it.
