I have bad trouble, knee trouble, neck trouble, ankle trouble - any problem I have had Mary has sorted it out in 1 or 2 visits. She is an old style physio but she has state of the art knowledge- she will work get it into the bone and tissue then have move the joint to see if the movement has improved; if it has not she will work on it until it has. She will then give you exercises and email them to you so that they can be viewed on video.
Been to loads of physio's over the years in Dublin and Limerick but Mary is far and away the best. The clinic in Castletroy is lovely, full of light from the skylights. I can't recommend this physiotherapist enough.
