Lisa was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad that I took that friends advice Lisa was so friendly when I arrived she sat me down and I told her what the problem was I was suffering with very bad pain at the time in my shoulder and shoulder blade into my back and within minutes she knew exactly what the problem was. Lisa's way of explaining stuff and visually showing you the problem is a breath of fresh air and very reassuring that I could understand what the problem was myself without any big fancy words. Lisa worked on my back and and figured out that my problem more or less with my feet and that I have high arches which I never knew you and advise me about insoles that she has there at her practice and they have been the best thing I have bought myself. I have had a few sessions with Lisa know and it has been brilliant and all treatment has worked and I'm like a new person thanks to Lisa. Highly recommended 5 ⭐

I had a consultation and treatment session with Colette for planter fasciitis. I knew immediately I was in good hands….very knowledgable about the condition and skilled in treatment. She prescribed and procured orthotics and recommended stretching exercises. Colette is truly professional and very good value. Knee Treatment Excellent professional service. The lady is highly intelligent and experienced. She is completely thorough in her treatment. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she fixed my knee injury. She is very pleasant and lovely to deal with. She is priced very reasonable and she is honest, for example, if she feels one visit was enough to treat the problem then she doesn’t try to mislead you and bring you back for her financial gain like others physio’s do.
