Thank you so muchNicole, Ireland, 28 10 24

Wowee to Dany. For 3 months I had serious chronic pain on my calves, upper legs, spine. Did physio, back scans, blood tests, GP visits, painkillers, Chiros and no one could figure out what was wrong. Was recommended by someone who was treated by Dany and who described him as trustworthy and professional in his work. I just wanted to say a massive thank you and would trust only Dany as a practitioner with my body for the first time in months I feel I might be able to walk without limping and be able to normal activities again . Thank you so much - so grateful 🙏

My back has improved immensely, and I feel stronger and able to move with easeGill, Ireland, 01 05 25

I was recommended by my friend to visit KM injury clinic for Physio as I was struggling with back pain and stiffness for a while. I was booked in with Dave, who I found extremely professional and he assessed my back. He gave me exercises to do each day to strengthen my back and massaged out the knots which I had. After 4 weeks of seeing Dave, my back has improved immensely, and I feel stronger and able to move with ease. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points, also known as trigger sites or muscle knots, are described as hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with palpable nodules in taut bands of muscle fibres. The trigger point model states that unexplained pain frequently radiates from these points of local tenderness to broader areas, sometimes distant from the trigger point itself. Trigger point release can give quick relief from pain in many cases.
STT - Soft Tissue Therapy
This is a technique for stretching soft tissues, primarily muscles, fascia and tendons.  Many clients complain of having tight musscles. Sometimes stretching  gives temporary relief from the feelings of tightness. One of the reasons bacis stretching gives only temporary relief is because muscles are not uniformly tight.  There may be localised areas of tension or adhesions restricting a few fibres only. When we perform active stretches, it may not necessarily be the tight part that lengthens, but the part that is more pliable. Soft tissue release helps localize a stretch to those fibres in the muscles that most need lengthening. This technique improves both range of movement and quality of movement making it more fluid and less jerky, a real booost to any athlete.  This tachnique is used in a physical therapy treatment or in a pre event sport massage.
Physical Therapy €40 - €60
The body is treated as a whole and the aim of the treatment is to bring it back to balance.  Posture and muscle tone is observed and your health history is taken into consideration before  a physical therapy treatment is given.  Deep masage, trigger point release, soft tissue release, myofascial release are the techniques that are used depending on what the patient needs. Homecare advice is given, such as stretches and strengthening exercises.
