Health Plex

I found healthplex via facebook. I was suffering really bad with si joint pain and also numerous joint issues due to having Rheumatoid arthritis. I found Daraghs professional manner and easy going attitude easy to speak to as sometimes doctors and consultants can be a little less explanatory. Daragh has since eased alot of my si joint pain making it easier to get around with and is also working to ease other joint problems including hips, shoulders, feet and wrists. It's nice to know someone is on your side and willing to help without throwing more medication at you. Thanks for everything.

Following many different medical treatments, including ineffective surgery, I went to see Daragh to determine if alternative therapy might help. Daragh's open and transparent manner in terms of explaining his process and managing my expectations was both realistic and reassuring. I have been to see Daragh on a few occasions for treatment and plan to follow up with him at agreed intervals.

I had received treatment for a quad injury. The treatment from Health Plex was professional. It was obvious Daragh from Health Plex wanted to solve my injury in as few sessions as possible. He did get work on my injury in each session while also discovering other little niggles I had in my legs which may have caused injury in the future. I am training for a marathon, so have also received general sports massage which was also excellent. Overall the assessment of my injury and the treatment of the injury were very good. If I do get any more sport injuries I will be back.

Great friendly service, had an IT Band problem and also trouble with my shoulder, both problems sorted in 3 sessions, very reasonably priced in comparison to other physio's I’ve attended, also made use of the onsite gym for rehabilitation exercises

Daragh has been very supportive through the process of getting back to full health. I have made very good improvements, but still not fully back to normal. Hopefully continuing with the training programme set by Daragh and regular check-ups I will get back to fitness in the next few weeks. I have been impressed with the friendly, caring service. Daragh is always willing to listen and offer advice when needed.

I’m very impressed with Daragh at Health Flex. I saw Daragh for issues with my knee and calf and learned a lot of helpful exercises to strengthen the weak areas. I also had the most incredible sports massage. He worked through the tightness I've had for years in my calf and hamstring from running. I found the service to be caring, professional and really good. I can say he really helped to alleviate pain and heal some weak spots. Also his prices are fantastic for this service.
