I was recommended by my friend to visit KM injury clinic for Physio as I was struggling with back pain and stiffness for a while. I was booked in with Dave, who I found extremely professional and he assessed my back. He gave me exercises to do each day to strengthen my back and massaged out the knots which I had. After 4 weeks of seeing Dave, my back has improved immensely, and I feel stronger and able to move with ease. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone.

I went to NCR Osteopath on the basis of a referral from a friend. I had pain in my upper back and I had been to two separate physio therapists who did not give me relief. After just two visits to this clinic I woke up feeling a significant reduction in pain. I continued the exercises that were prescribed to me and I'm over a year pain free now. Sacha is extremely friendly and if you nervous about going he will make you calm with his energy in seconds.
