She prescribed and procured orthotics and recommended stretching exercises. Colette is truly professional and very good value. 5 stars out of 5! I went in with a damaged lower back and the care that Rita gave me was superb. She worked an hour straight trying to ease the pain and she explained the process from exercises to what treatment she was providing. Rita is professional, friendly and clearly loves her role as a physio. She explains in detail the aftercare treatment plan when I should return and hopefully when I would see results. I have already booked my next session as I see results already.
