Wisdom for Health, Acupuncture and Massage

(01) 691 7298 62 Seatown Villas, Swords
Rating from 12 Reviews I received very good treatment for a tight muscle in my left calfPatricia, Ireland, 25 Mar 16

Excellent website - I find it difficult to make and receive calls during work hours so booking this appointment was very easy and quick online and received a text reminder on the day of appointment. I arrived late and apologised and no issue was made about this, didn't feel rushed during the treatment I consider that I received very good treatment for a tight muscle in my left calf and got some solid advice on stretches to do. Enjoyed the chat and trivia information too:-) Rate the experience as excellent. Good value for money and very beneficial. Would definitely recommend to others, especially those who have used other practices and found them lacking. Will be going back for a massage.

Freda O'Keeffe - Greystones Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic

(01) 697 1730 The Harbour Practice, Trafalgar Road, Greystones, Co Wicklow
Rating from 13 Reviews I definitely recommend this clinicJim, Ireland, 29 Nov 16

I chose this clinic as I know of Freda from the local area and she has a good reputation. My wife had visited her a few years ago and I felt like she was the right person to go. I came with a problem with my back, I tweaked a muscle over the weekend and I needed relief. I called Freda and she was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day in an extra slot. The clinic itself is very nice, it's well equipped and has a very good receptionist who was able to direct me to where I needed to go. The treatment itself was very good value. Freda was able to relieve me of the pain and also gave me an exercise routine for my back to help make sure that it doesn't happen again. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Clear explanation of the problemFrederick, Greystones, 05 Nov 15

I received a very good thorough assessment with a clear explanation as to her analysis of my problem, also some Heat Treatment and some advice about appropriate ongoing management and care and ongoing exercises. My overall experience was very good.

Rating from 63 Reviews I'm happy with my experience hereAnonymous, Ireland, 01 Dec 16

I chose this clinic as it was local to me and the first clinic that appeared when searching WhatClinic. The clinic itself was fine. The sports massage treatment I received was good value and what I expected to pay. It was only a one time appointment and I'm happy with my experience here.

Eleanor Lucey Sports Therapies

Rating from 5 Reviews Felt relief even after treatmentNicola, Ireland, 02 Oct 15

My son found Eleanor to be extremely good and really worked into the area that he had problems with. He said even after treatment that he could feel relief. It's a little tender this morning but that's to be expected. We will be going back for another appointment. Easy to find and in a nice spot. Would recommend to others. Found our overall experience very pleasant and Eleanor treated my sons issue very well. Not only that but she showed him some leg exercises to do at home.

Rating from 2 Reviews I was very happy with their treatment and their serviceDavid, South Africa, 17 Aug 17

The Sunflower Thai Therapy was a little hard to find but I was very happy with their treatment and their service. The Herbal Compress Massage I received from them was extremely helpful. The clinic was great. The lady that treated me was fantastic and their prices were quite fair and reasonable. I had no trouble finding the clinic so I feel the appointment was of good value.

Rating from 6 Reviews has been able to get to the source of the problem quickly and relieve meSusan, Ireland, 28 Jul 14

Sports Injury Rehabilitation - Strapping and Taping, Whiplash I have had over the years many sports injuries, pregnancy related issues and reoccurring issues from a whip lash long ago. I have been treated by many physios in various countries but never had a physio like Kathy has who has been able to get to the source of the problem quickly and relieve me of acute and chronic pain and regain my normal mobility from complete immobility. She has been able to identify issues where I myself was not aware as I had grown so used to living with the pain. She not only tries to fix the issues but also fully explains with her extensive knowledge how and why they are occurring and how to avoid them in the future with few but effective exercises.

Exceptionally talented physiotherapistSimone, Ireland, 11 Mar 14

I was extremely pleased with my treatment, and returned about 4 times, I feel such huge relief from pain and numbness in my fingers due to bulging discs in my neck. My son has also been after he broke his elbow and to have surgery. He is fourteen and wanted to get back to rugby where he broke his arm. The treatments he received from Kathy and Cira were not only beneficial to his arm, but they also gave him the confidence and guidance needed for a full recovery. My Daughter, Megan, has also been as she hurt her neck while skiing. Kathy treated her neck and also gave her advice on a few positive changes she could make on a daily basis to give her more energy. Kathy referred Megan to another medical person for further treatments outside the physio spectrum. This I found impressive as the patient's full recovery is Kathy's ultimate goal, and if treatment is needed outside of her clinic, she will refer you to someone who will help you achieve full recovery. I think Kathy Kavanagh is an exceptionally talented physiotherapist and I recommend her to all my customers and friends.

I had been in pain for quite a while with my shoulder & was fed up taking pain killers. So after some research I decided to give acupuncture a try & I can honestly say I'm delighted I did. It's brilliant & Darren gets right to the point, "no pun intended" I would recommend it to anyone suffering with pain. Thanks Darren!

Strongly recommendDebbie, Ireland, 29 May 14

I'm very pleased with the treatment I am receiving, Darren is very professional and explains everything he is doing. I can feel a great improvement in my back since I started the treatment. I would strongly recommend Darren in the future.

Rating from 6 Reviews I have recommended him to all my runner friendsChristina, Ireland, 04 Feb 16

I visited Andy in October last year just two weeks prior to the Dublin Marathon. My IT band was playing up, resulting in hip and knee pain. I thought that was it, I'd definitely lost all hope of making my first marathon after all the hard training! Two sessions of dry needling, deep sports massage and exercises and I made it to the starting (& finishing!!) line of my first marathon. I found Andy to be very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and he really investigated the issue thoroughly. It really helps to have a physio with a sports background. I have recommended him to all my runner friends, and can't rate his service highly enough. Thanks Andy,
