Following an accident (fell backwards from a height) I am receiving Tecar Treatment. The pain I was experiencing completely took over my life. When in bed I couldn’t even turn without help. Couldn’t stand up from sitting and worst of all I could only take baby steps. Basically I could do nothing unless my husband did everything for me. Independence gone - scary stuff. I started to improve after a number of sessions over 8 weeks. While home for Christmas and New Year I was so glad to find Brian and The Cottage Clinic that have Tecar Therapy. It’s a non invasive therapy and very soothing on soft and deep tissue. My injury is in the lumbar area on an old injury.
