I was in a bit lot of no pain with my right shoulder I had 6 sessions of deep tissue massage with Jazz. She worked her magic, I feel so much better and most importantly almost free of pain. I would definitely return if I need to. The clinic is so clean the staff are really nice. Car parking good. Can’t fault the place.

My mother has been having treatment from Ruth. I find that the professionalism as well as the friendly yet good quality service that she receives from Indergaard I would happily recommend them. Ruth makes certain that she understand both what she is doing, why and what needs to do in between sessions. As an elderly person, it is important that things are explained and I have been very impressed with Ruth she treats Mary really well and is a very understanding physio. Thanks, Ruth.

Consultation was basically very tidy. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Andrea was very professional with lots of questions and valuations and then proceeded to explain what could be done what was involved and explain the pluses and minuses. This made me feel very comfortable. Going forward today and I have to say I feel quite comfortable after the treatment.

Excellent treatment. Very professional and was given an appointment the same day. After two treatments I was back on the golf course, hopefully, the lower back problem is fixed.

I found Nick Birch understood my problem from the start of the appointment, having had a conversation with me beforehand. He took note of the way I was moving and explained the causes, did a thorough bone density scan and gave me a run-down on the meanings of the various measurements on the diagrams. He told me that the way forward would be to have exercises and stretches and as I had been to Sarah on previous occasions to have further physio appointments with her. Later the same day he followed up with a letter to me confirming his analysis and recommended treatment and letting me know the letter would also go to other parties involved, including my GP. I was very heartened by my visit which has given me renewed determination to do my part in improving my condition.
