Biography:
MSc MCSP HCPC MACSPEM MSOM Originally from Norway, Ove came across to the UK to train as a physiotherapist and graduated with a BSc (hons) from the University of Bradford in 1999. After graduating, Ove was asked to join the Yorkshire Clinic as a Specialist Sports physiotherapist. During his time there he attended Leeds Metropolitan University where he gained his Masters of Science in Sport and Exercise Injury Management. Since then he has also gained qualifications in a number of treatment approaches including Orthopaedic Medicine (Member of Society of Orthopaedic Medicine), acupuncture, dry needling, fascial manipulation and is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment. Ove has a range of experience within sport having worked with the British Judo Team for 5 years, England Badminton and British University of Colleges Sports including being selected for the 2005 World University Games where he worked with the GB diving team and archery team as well as working in the multi sport clinic. In 2004 Ove started Indergaard Physiotherapy, with the aim to providing Physiotherapy in a setting that would enable him to utilise all his skills. Ove is also a Gold Accredited Member of the Association of Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine, where he also sat on the national committee for 3 years. In his spare time Ove is a keen Triathlete and likes to spend time with his family

BSc (hons) MCSP HPCP Jonathan graduated as a physiotherapist from Sheffield Hallam University and worked for a while specialising in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the NHS in Doncaster before joining our team full time. Jonathan specialises in treating chronic and acute back and neck problems has gained post graduate qualifications in acupuncture, kinesiotaping and manual therapy. Jonathan has a growing interest in Sports Injuries and is himself a very active cyclist.

Ben studied Sport and Exercise Science at Leeds Metropolitan University then continued his study to gain a Post Graduate Certificate in Education in Physical Education. He has since completed his Level 4 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy. Since Ben qualified as a Soft Tissue Therapist he has been treating a range of athletes, from Ironman Triathletes, Dancers, Rugby Players to International Judo Players. In addition to treating sportsmen Ben has worked with various individuals helping them recover from a range of musculoskeletal problems and conditions. Ben’s life is full of sport; he has a keen interest in health and fitness and is knowledgeable in many aspects of training. He regularly competes in cycling time trials, running races and triathlons.
