In the longer versions of this treatment, you will be treated to a detoxifying sea salt scrub and a warm comforting foot compress.

Your therapist will use thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on your body to free-up joints, muscles and tendons. As a result, internal organs are toned, nerves are calmed, and energy is re-balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, physical and mental wellbeing.
