My knee treatment so far has been great. John, the physio had a look at my difficulties and suggested a scan to ascertain whether I may have a meniscus tear. He also noted an imbalance in my legs, due to one hip being out of balance and immediately treated this. The adjustment has been a relief after years of walking with imbalance. I have an exercise programme and the use of TENS machine and massage each session gives much more freedom of movement without pain. Great value and a very helpful accomplished practitioner.

I have just had my 1st sports massage with Matt after suffering headaches and tension, and I must say - it/he was impressive. He's obviously very knowledgeable and experienced, but also a thorough professional, and really puts you at easy. I've booked 3 further appointments and feel sure he will sort the problem.
