Massage up to €55
Chinese massage is a form of therapy, which involves applying structured therapy to the soft tissues of the body or successively to the whole body.Chinese massage can be used to heal injury, relieve stress, manage pain and improve circulation.Chinese Massage can also be used to manipulate acupuncture points to lose weight, clear congestion, ease digestion problems and calm anxiety.Sessions typically last anything from 20 – 45 minutes and pricing is directly correlated to time.
Reflexology up to €55
Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every organ gland and system in the body. By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology encourages deep healing and tranquil relaxation. This therapy is particularly beneficial for joint mobilisation, migraine, sinus, digestion, back problems and stress-related conditions as it discharges negativity and stimulates the body’s own immune system for self-healing. It can also enhance general well-being so why not book yourself a treat and pop into your local Care Cure Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine for a soothing reflexology session? Sessions typically last about 35 minutes and prices vary with the time allowed for treatment.
Acupressure up to €55
Acupressure is a good alternative for anyone suffering from a phobia of needles as it follows the same principle as acupuncture. It works by stimulating the same acupuncture points on the surface of the body but instead of using needles, the practitioner will apply pressure with the hands. Acupressure is an effective method of improving blood circulation and repairing tissue damage throughout the body. Via nerve stimulation acupressure can induce relaxation and improve skin tone, ease tension in muscles and joints, repair facial lymph damage and generally tone the body. For this reason, it is often used as a facial beauty therapy. Acupressure has also seen considerable success in curing insomnia, lessening fatigue and dispelling back and joint pain.

Reflexology
Stone Reflexology (GeoThermotherapy) up to €75
In Japan, reflexology foot paths are installed all over the country. As the sun heats the stones and people walk on the footpaths with their bare feet, receiving hot stone reflexology. The Chinese believe that the use of hot stones in massage and reflexology restore the body's equilibrium of yin and yang, while promoting healing. The GeoThermotherapy has been used in ancient civilisations, ayurvedic medicine, Hawaii and then in was brought to America and Europe.  The heat from the stones help the muscles in the feet relax, allowing the therapist to work deeper into reflex areas. One stroke with hot basalt stone is considered the equivalent of 10 manual strokes by a therapist hand. The effects are deeper, faster. The vibrational energies of the stones resonate with chakras to bring alignment and balance. The heat from the stones permeate through the body causing vasodialation to occur, which in turn brings more oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, repairing and injuries, while removing waste. This treatment bring a beautiful sense of wellbeing, contentment and pampering. Chakra stones can be added to the treatment to enhance further emotional healing and balance.  When using Stone Therapy we are using the 5 elements i.e. Earth, Fire, Metal, Wood, and Water.

She put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by stepMartina, Ireland, 19 08 24

Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

We use myofascial techniques to achieve deep and lasting changes in the muscles and fascial systems. Deep tissue massage is a part of our   for pain, injury and limited mobility.
