Nina is originally from Sweden and has a passion for helping people to find a way to transform their health and wellness through massage, yoga and healthy living. She has been an Iyengar yoga teacher since 2014 and has continued down the wellness path offering different holistic treatments, mainly massage and reflexology. Her treatments are tailored to each client’s specific needs. She continues to further her training and at the moment she is studying Neuromuscular therapy with the National Training Centre in Dublin

This registered and experienced reflexology practitioner offers treatments for a wide range of adverse health conditions at her clinic located at Tuam in County Galway. The long term wellbeing of patients is her primary concern and she treats the cause of the adverse health condition rather than the immediate symptoms. She also conducts courses and teaches other therapists who wish to offer reflexology services. She also helps patients relax, sleep better, improve their immune system and enhance circulations through reflexology.
