I've been for Accupunture with Dr Wu in Wilton few times I'd been to other clinics in Kerry but no results ! My brother told me go to Chinese Dr if possible they have the knowledge and I feel relaxed safe in ther hands ⭐ and this is very true ! such an lovely lady & great advice ! Thanks again

Bogusia is a wonderful therapist. I have had both foot reflexology and facial reflexology which has helped my digestive system and my sleep has improved as well. Bogusia is very knowledgeable and gives good advice. Her treatment room is very cosy and relaxing. I fall asleep during the treatment and leave feeling totally relaxed.

Gentle strokes warm up the area before going deeper to release tension.  Massage helps to relieve tiredness and pain from muscles, stimulates circulation, tones muscles and skin and detoxes by stimulating all body systems.  Helps to release emotional mental stress which are often held in the muscles.  Overall very rejuvenating.
Myofascial Release €25 - €60
Th Myofascia has been underestimated for a long time and only recently is research proving how amazing and important it is.  Often chronic pain and postural problems are a result of problems with our myofascia. The myofascia is like a web that wraps between and around all of our muscles and joints, from the top of our head to the tips of our toes.  When it gets tight it can be like wearing a tight shirt, we lack the slack to fully move.  Myofascial  release  creates  space like putting on a bigger shirt giving the room to move. This also relieves pain.
