Rating from 3 Reviews Professional and excellentmargaret, dublin, 31 May 17

I have been attending David for a few years and receiving acupuncture. David is very professional and excellent at what he does I have been attending David for a few years and receiving acupuncture.

The problem has now subsided following 4 appointmentsRay, Ireland, 23 Nov 16

Having enquired at a few clinics in the Swords area, I chose David's practice as it was very quick in responding to my enquiries and available for an appointment the very next day. I went into the appointment with whiplash and through acupuncture the problem has now subsided following 4 appointments. The clinic itself looked very well, and David was a really nice guy and explained everything to me. If I ever have another similar experience I wouldn't hesitate in going back here, in fact I'd look forward to it. I found the treatment to be good value. It was a very good experience

Very well. Good advise and follow up.

Massage €10  -  €80
Chinese massage is a form of therapy, which involves applying structured therapy to the soft tissues of the body or successively to the whole body. Chinese massage can be used to heal injury, relieve stress, manage pain and improve circulation. Chinese Massage can also be used to manipulate acupuncture points to lose weight, clear congestion, ease digestion problems and calm anxiety. Sessions typically last anything from 20 – 45 minutes and pricing is directly correlated to time.
Reflexology Up to €40
Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every organ gland and system in the body. By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology encourages deep healing and tranquil relaxation. This therapy is particularly beneficial for joint mobilisation, migraine, sinus, digestion, back problems and stress related conditions as it discharges negativity and stimulates the body’s own immune system for self-healing. It can also enhance general well-being so why not book yourself a treat and pop into your local Care Cure Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine for a soothing reflexology session. Sessions typically last about 35 minutes and prices vary with time allowed for treatment.
Acupressure €10  -  €40
Acupressure is a good alternative for anyone suffering from a phobia of needles as it follows the same principle as acupuncture. It works by stimulating the same acupuncture points on the surface of the body but instead of using needles, the practitioner will apply pressure with the hands. Acupressure is an effective method of improving blood circulation and repairing tissue damage throughout the body. Via nerve stimulation acupressure can induce relaxation and improve skin tone, ease tension in muscles and joints, repair facial lymph damage and generally tone the body. For this reason it is often used as a facial beauty therapy. Acupressure has also seen considerable success in curing insomnia, lessening fatigue and dispelling back and joint pain.

Zest

Rating from 5 Reviews I highly recommend Emma and her team at Zest.Caroline, Ireland, 10 Jul 16

I've always had issues with my skin over the years, mainly acne, and have tried all the usual creams and lotions which mostly, because of the harsh ingredients, just led my skin to become dry and irritated. I've been attending the Zest Clinic in swords just under three months and have noticed a significant improvement in the condition of my skin. I am using the Image range of cleansers and moisturisers, and taking the skin omegas and skincare supplements along with a course of IPL treatments and facials. I now, even in this relatively short period of time, am so much more confident about my skin and the results are in the way my skin now looks. I highly recommend Emma and her team at Zest. I have finally found, after years of searching, the best possible treatment for my skin inside and out.

Rating from 2 Reviews I was very happy with their treatment and their serviceDavid, South Africa, 17 Aug 17

The Sunflower Thai Therapy was a little hard to find but I was very happy with their treatment and their service. The Herbal Compress Massage I received from them was extremely helpful. The clinic was great. The lady that treated me was fantastic and their prices were quite fair and reasonable. I had no trouble finding the clinic so I feel the appointment was of good value.

Rating from 6 Reviews I have recommended him to all my runner friendsChristina, Ireland, 04 Feb 16

I visited Andy in October last year just two weeks prior to the Dublin Marathon. My IT band was playing up, resulting in hip and knee pain. I thought that was it, I'd definitely lost all hope of making my first marathon after all the hard training! Two sessions of dry needling, deep sports massage and exercises and I made it to the starting (& finishing!!) line of my first marathon. I found Andy to be very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and he really investigated the issue thoroughly. It really helps to have a physio with a sports background. I have recommended him to all my runner friends, and can't rate his service highly enough. Thanks Andy,

Rating from 6 Reviews Felt relaxed and well after my treatment.Guida, Dublin, 29 Jul 15

I suffered from depression for many years. He was approachable, explained everything that I asked, and the session was very straight forward. I felt relaxed and well afterward, and It has had a great impact on my life. I find Mr. Anders a very good professional, helpful, easy going, and most of everything, human and honest. I attended at Mr. Anders house. I was apprehensive, but afterward I thought it was as good as. The space is nice and relaxing, and I was back for a next session which felt as good. I will be back to tackle my next rock.

Massage
Deep Tissue Massage From €60
Deep tissue massage is effective because of its technique - consisting of slower, stronger massage that stimulates deep into muscles. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia. In many cases, a deep tissue massage has replaced the classic Swedish massage in terms of frequency of use. Whereas visitors to any spa around the country may have traditionally sought out a massage that simply relaxed, now they are seeking a massage that also stimulates, conditions, and heals.
