I am fully trained & qualified in various advanced techniques such as Soft Tissue Release (S.T.R), Muscle Energy Techniques (M.E.T), (P.I.R), (R.I), Advanced Sport & Remedial Massage, differential diagnosis, injury rehabilitation, resistance training. I also recently qualified in group fitness instruction and Personal Training. To offer the best service to my clients I have done an additional course in Advanced Kinesiology, Taping & Strapping, Occupational first aid level 5, sport first aid (pitch side), Advanced Dry Needling and Electro-Therapy courses. Since qualifying I have gained extensive experience working with both sporting & non sporting clients tailoring my techniques to suit people from all walks of life-whether you are injured from a sports related incident or from repetitive strain injury associated with your job.
