Bogusia has helped me a lot with my plantar fasciitis. She has used different techniques such as foot reflexology, hot stone and head massage.

She also provided invaluable advice on what actions I could take at home to improve my condition. Consistency, patience and determination to get better were the key for success and my pain has significantly diminished and practically is gone after starting treatments with Bogusia.

She is great at giving health and well-being advice. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and it’s amazing to chat with her about absolutely anything!

I have been attending consistently for almost a year now, and have found her to be a huge part of my recovery journey. I was feeling unwell both physically and mentally. Bogusia has worked with me initially week by week, then bi-weekly, and gradually reducing the frequency. Bogusia discusses how you are feeling, and what your concerns are confidentiality at the start of the session, and you choose your own treatment, or Bogusia can recommend what she feels is appropriate for you on that day. She is very easy to talk with, in a relaxed and welcoming room. There are times I call wanting a specific treatment, or times I am guided by Bogusia, and all treatments leave me feeling relaxed and well afterwards. Bogusia has also suggested positive lifestyle changes, dietary supplements and healthy habits and routines as she goes above and beyond and takes a holistic approach to ones well being where the treatments and lifestyle changes complement each other.

I have had Foot Reflexology, Sorensons Facial Reflexology and Hot Stone Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology, as well as Access Bars and Back Massage.

I would highly recommend Bogusia for any treatment. She is a lovely, welcoming and calm person; with great health suggestions and advice.

Bogusia is a wonderful therapist. I have had both foot reflexology and facial reflexology which has helped my digestive system and my sleep has improved as well. Bogusia is very knowledgeable and gives good advice.

Her treatment room is very cosy and relaxing. I fall asleep during the treatment and leave feeling totally relaxed.

I firstly got an Indian head massage a few weeks back and felt amazing after it, then today I got a Full body massage there is nothing so calming as the room Boguslawa has set up. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I will be going back for more treatments all with Boguslawa kind yet wise words.
