Rating from 6 Reviews No gain without painValerie, Ireland, 01 Jun 17

I had a deep tissue massage. They say no gain without pain and certainly, I felt pain. However 6 hours later I have absolutely no pain in my back. Really good. On completion, the receptionist offered a 20%discount off a future treatment for which advance payment was needed. I told her I wanted to see if the treatment worked prior to booking further appointments. This is a once only offer b 4 leaving.???? Surely a discount when one establishes that it has worked and a client wants to return would make better sense.

Rating from 6 Reviews I have recommended him to all my runner friendsChristina, Ireland, 04 Feb 16

I visited Andy in October last year just two weeks prior to the Dublin Marathon. My IT band was playing up, resulting in hip and knee pain. I thought that was it, I'd definitely lost all hope of making my first marathon after all the hard training! Two sessions of dry needling, deep sports massage and exercises and I made it to the starting (& finishing!!) line of my first marathon. I found Andy to be very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and he really investigated the issue thoroughly. It really helps to have a physio with a sports background. I have recommended him to all my runner friends, and can't rate his service highly enough. Thanks Andy,

At Finesse we offer a range of different types of Massage therapy. Sports Massage, pre and post event, is important for both the treatment and prevention of soft tissue injury in the physically active. Deep Tissue Massage is used to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. The focus is on the muscles located underneath the top muscles. It is often recommended for individuals experiencing severe pain, athletes and those who have sustained injury.  Pregnancy Massage uses soothing oils to relax and support a woman during her pregnancy. Regular massages will benefit circulation, reduce swelling, improve respiration, reduce shoulder tension and relieve musculo-skeletal pain, particularly in the back and pelvic area. Regular treatments throughout the pregnancy have shown to help promote a successful labour and lead to more effective post-natal recovery. Orthopaedic Massage is a style of massage influenced by Chinese Medicine. It relies on applying gentle pressure to the body in a gentle and soothing motion. It can be received with clothes on, and it works very well on freeing up injured or tense muscles by gently breaking down blockages, scar tissue and/or adhesions.

Rating from 3 Reviews Job done, feel greatStephen, Ireland, 04 Oct 13

MLD and Oscillation Very pleased with everything. This was the first time having a treatment like this and I was not sure what to expect, but a neighbour mentioned he found this place good for getting clear of his back pain that he had suffered with for years, so I decided to go along and it was good. I had an assessment and treatment in the same appointment and it was €70 and came back the following week for a second treatment for €55. Job done, feel great.

Foot Massage
Reflexology €55
Whilst the art of reflexology dates back to Ancient Egypt, India and China, it wasn’t until 1913 that Dr. William Fitzgerald, Ear Nose & Throat Specialist,  introduced this therapy to the West as ‘zone therapy’. He noted that reflex areas on the feet and hands were linked to other areas and organs of the body within the same zone. Reflexology is complementary therapy, which works on the feet to aid healing to the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms.

FRating from 1 Review He was able to pin point where my pain was coming fromRebecca, Ireland, 15 Jul 15

I was suffering with upper right hand side back pain under my rib cage. I Had a constant dull ache for the past 6 months then all of a sudden the last two weeks it became severe. I couldn't sleep, sit up, lie down I was in constant discomfort. Anthony called me within hours of enquiring and went above and beyond to see me that very evening. He was able to pin point where my pain was coming from and help relieve the severe pain almost immediately. The dull ache has now gone He also gave me some information on back care and exercises to help. Would definitely recommend.

Massage €25  -  €45
Deep Tissue Massage €25  -  €35
30min/45min Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that is focused on the deeper muscle layers. It aims to release the chronic muscle tension through slow, deep gliding pressure along or across muscle fibers, tendons and fascia, breaking up adhesions caused by micro-scarring or injury. Deep tissue massage is a focused treatment which works deeply into muscle tissue and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage. However, if the massage is done correctly you should feel better than ever within a day or two.
Sports Massage €25  -  €35

It is geared toward athletes of every kind, from world-class professionals to weekend joggers. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility and prevent injuries.
