I cannot praise this surgery enough and the expertise of Mr Patel. I have travelled from out of the area to this surgery since it first opened as, as a nervous patient Mr Patel and his whole team give me the time and reassurance to allow me to feel safe and undertake any treatments when needed. My 2 daughters have also been under his care for many years and he has been amazing with them too. As soon as you have contact with the surgery you are met with a friendly helpful team all this makes the experience of going to the dentist manageable. Thank you.
After loosing my front teeth due to domestic violence I phoned around all practices in the Bedford area and nobody would help me or even seemed to care of the reason why I needed an emergency appointment then this lovely surgery not only offed me an appointment but were all so kind and made me feel really comfortable. They sorted my teeth out within 24 hours. They had the dentures ready for me as they wanted me to feel confident after all I had been through.
