Impressed with the dentist - Olga. and her dental Nurse. Made to feel at ease and she explained clearly what needed doing. Prompt appointment and on time. Previous dentist was always late even if you were first appointment. Although there are no NHS dentists in my area, I felt that the cost of going private were reasonable. My family and I have been patients at The Dental Studio for some years now and have always been more than satisfied with the care provided, but after my last few visits to see your hygienist, Emma Fletcher, I felt I really had to say something to let you know how very impressed I have been on each occasion I have met and been treated by Emma. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!! I'm aged 57, been with Bob & his team all my adult life. An experienced, friendly, engaging team who take time to explain everything in simple understandable language. I always look forward to my 6 monthly check up meetings with Bob and my 3 month hygenist sessions with Julia. If you are looking for a dentist that treats patients as individuals, couldn't recommend them more highly.

The procedures are explained with perfect bedside manner, and little things offered (such as rescue remedies etc.) to calm any nerves you may have. Thank you for your diligent care, Dr Batavia.
