Rating from 7 Reviews I have a better bite now too and love my teethDeenie, US, 01 Feb 19

I had a most wonderful experience at Dental Solutions once again. The dentist and his assistant built an 8 tooth bridge after pulling a decayed tooth and did a marvelous and perfect job, as well as put crowns on 3 upper teeth. It was an extremely good job and at a very good value, I have a better bite now too and love my teeth. Dr. Ledsma put in 4 implants before and I am also pleased with those.

Sol Dental Clinic was terrific. They were very professional and courteous. They went out of their way to be helpful. Ruebin was outstanding He went out of his way to greet us and help us in communicating with the staff. We have been back several times and received excellent care every time. I have recommended and sent several people to the clinic. The dentist and eye care center has saved us a lot of money and the work they did was excellent. We will be back.

Happy Mouth Clinic - Dental Clinic in Mexico

Happy Mouth Clinic

16 de Septiembre 210, Vicente Guerrero, ave. B between 3rd and 4th st, Los Algodones, 21970
Rating from 2 Reviews Overall, I recommend the clinic.Thomas, Los Banos, CA, 08 Jul 16

I was there three days and had three root canals, three crowns for those teeth, six fillings (Dr. Gastelum actually fixed some small ridges and pits also, free of charge), and a cleaning. She actually cleaned my teeth twice, once the first day I got there so that she could evaluate my mouth, I had a lot of stains on my teeth and it was hard to tell cavities from stains. She then cleaned my mouth again, very thoroughly, on the last day after I was done with all the other work. She only charged me for one. For the root canals, they have a specialist (the name of which I can't remember unfortunately), who they called and who came with all his equipment and did the work. The three root canals took about three hours, with very little pain. If I felt anything, he would make sure to give me more anesthetic because he told me very specifically "I don't do work if you have pain." He did the root canals, post and core, and then Dr. Gastelum did the build-up and crowns. The work ended up costing me around $1,700 - in the US, with insurance, it would have cost me something like $4,000. Without insurance it would have cost me close to $6,000 or more, so it was obviously a great deal. I feel like the treatment I got was the same quality as in the US - it's been two weeks, so we'll have to see how it does long term, but right now I'm very happy. I have some implants done by another dentist that I am planning on getting restored through Happy Mouth, and also am looking at bringing my Mom for some work she needs done. I contacted literally 10+ clinics before I chose Happy Mouth. There were others with more reviews, others with more information online, but none of them responded to my questions consistently and went back and forth with me about what I wanted done and how they would do it like Dr. Gastelum and the staff at Happy Mouth. I probably sent and received upwards of 20 emails back and forth. I also was actually communicating with Dr. Gastelum much of the time, not some assistant or a "patient representative," meaning she could answer questions that I had about her techniques and her experience, etc. I'm a difficult patient - this was my first time in Algodones, and I was nervous, wanting every ounce of information I could get. They provided that, and that level of customer service was what convinced me to give them a try. As far as the actual clinic, it's very small, with four chairs in the front and a receptionist table, a small hallway with a restroom at the end and then a off to the right two dental chairs. Some of the equipment in the clinic is older and not new and shiny, which scared me a little bit, but everything was sterilized and Dr. Gastelum and her assistant Dina were professional, and that's what ended up counting to me. The owner of the clinic is named Yadira, and her family owns a lot of property in the town including restaurants. She made sure I had all the food and beverages I wanted, on them, because there was some time waiting. Overall, I recommend the clinic. Dr. Gastelum is a great, kind dentist, and as I said, the level of service was what really made it a good experience for me. I wasn't rushed, and I felt valued as a customer.

extractions fillings cleanings bridges crowns I have had several treatments from Dr Sanchez. He is the most caring dentist I have ever been to. I have been going to Algodones for dental work for many years, tried two other dentists. Dr Sanchez has been the very best over all. I will continue to use him and always recommend him to my family and all the friends. The prices are so much better than in the US. You never have to wait very long to be seen.

Supreme Dental Clinic - Team Supreme

Supreme Dental Clinic

Ave. A between 2nd & 3rd, Inside plaza Guadalajara, Los Algodones, 21970
Rating from 3 Reviews I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the teamJeffrey, US, 26 Apr 18

I originally thought I would go to the largest clinic in town that was first on the list for Dental Departures. I saw a few negative online reviews for the largest clinic that gave me pause, while I couldn't find one negative review for Supreme. Also, the set-up with the clinic owning the hotel where I stayed the first night wasn't a positive for me, especially since the hotel wasn't great. I made my final decision on the night before to go to the second clinic on the list and not to the larger clinic. Ultimately not finding a single negative review online was the reason I went to Supreme since I was flying in from Memphis TN and did not have anyone to recommend a clinic. I was very happy with my experience. Don't be fooled by the cartoon tooth with a crown with an antiquated font for the name as the logo that looks like it is out of the fifties. This clinic uses the latest technology and does a lot of dental work. When I got there for the initial consultation, they immediately took me into a room and took a look at images I bought from my US dentist. They then took Xrays of particular teeth, which went onto a large screen nearby blown-up. My dentist was Fernanda Maldonado, a woman with 6 years of experience and who was comfortable with the latest technology. She was great, making sure I felt no discomfort and using the standard numbing Q-tips and shots like in the US. She handled three zirconia crowns for me. They had a team of 3 people visit the clinic to handle two root canals for me and for other customers as well. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the team and was glad to hear that they serve many of the clinics in town. The owner speaks natural American English and lives near Yuma. They own 4 other clinics and have their own lab creating their crowns. I had my root canals and tooth prep on Day 1 and was back on Day 2 to get the crowns put on. A person from the lab came and ground down a couple of high spots on the crowns. They gave prescriptions for a mouthwash to help the gums heal more quickly, antibiotics and a couple of mild pain meds (did not make me sleepy). After eating a meal with the new crowns, I went back and Supreme did a bit more grinding. They now fit perfectly and there is no indication of any problem with the root canals either. Supreme can't be beat!

I was there to have a retainer made and my teeth whitened for the first time. Dr. Giovani Guillen did a good job. The entire process took 2.5 hours. His attention to detail and to my comfort during the procedures was good. I would return to this dental clinic. Obtained quotes from two dental clinics. Choose this one due to accurate quote, good pricing, and professional, caring demeanor of office staff and doctor. Receptionist was excellent and it was easy to set up appointment and service was about the speed one would expect in a busy dental office. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I have known Dr. Guzman since he was in dental school and worked for another Dr. between semesters. I was his first N. American patient and have gone back to him several times for dental work. He has done root canals, extraction, bridges and probably something else I forgot. His work is excellent and he and his staff are very helpful and friendly. His office is clean and equipment is excellent. I would rate the quality of service as excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

3 crowna I have been going to Dr. Patricia for the last 10 years. She has worked on a lot of my teeth and I have been very happy with her work. Between my wife and myself we have made the trip from Las Vegas to Los Algodones over 50 times because we wanted Dr Patricia to work on our teeth. The quality of her work is better than the work we experienced in the US and much lower in price. We have saved a lot of money by going to Dr Patricia over the years even though gasoline and lodging costs have gone up. We recommend Dr. Patricia to anyone who wants good dental care.
