I had a wonderful and easy experience. They went over everything I needed after a free exam and went over pricing, which was a lot less than other quotes I received from other dentists in the area. My dentist, Andrea, was very polite and explained everything as she was doing it. I will be returning for future cleanings and dental work.

Ok...firstly I wanna thank Dr. Estefannia who did my All on 6 replacement teeth, from taking the impression until the finish. She is a great dentist, and highly skilled. Also I wanna thank Dr. Pili and Mitzi who gave me a special Gift.....(Thank you very much).....

Here is my story..... I got my All on 6 dental implants with acrylic teeth back in January 2015, and then 8 years later I came back for a replacement. After doing an X-Ray, the result was great, I would say no bone loss around the implants. I decided to go with top-of-the-line material, which is All on 6 PEEK Zirconia (PEEK Framework with individual Zirconia crown).

They have Acrylic, Ceramic, Zirconia and Peek. I compared Zirconia and Peek and I chose to Peek because it's lighter than Zirconia. So far, I'm very happy with the result. If anyone needs a replacement of all on 4 teeth, this is the place to go.

Myself and my wife travelled to Los Algodones for dentures for both of us, the wife needed extractions and the professional staff took excellent care of both of us our dentures look great and we highly recommended this clinic. They are of great value. The whole town is clean and friendly.

I had a most wonderful experience at Dental Solutions once again. The dentist and his assistant built an 8 tooth bridge after pulling a decayed tooth and did a marvelous and perfect job, as well as put crowns on 3 upper teeth. It was an extremely good job and at a very good value, I have a better bite now too and love my teeth. Dr. Ledsma put in 4 implants before and I am also pleased with those.

I chose Dental Solutions because of the good online reviews. I had multiple procedures are done with them, all for a better rate than I would have paid in the US.

We did two crowns, a root canal and the beginning of three implants. I’m very happy with the results so far and I’d happily recommend them.

I had a fairly decent experience here. I like that they were able to do several procedures at once. They saved me from making multiple trips; it would have taken forever if I had this treatment done in the States.

There was only really one issue and that was with communication. I was showing up at the incorrect times for the appointments and it wasn’t until the end that they let me know. I was running on central time and unbeknownst to me, they were using Arizona time. I’m happy with everything else. I still need to go for my follow-ups.

Getting dental implants was long over due for me. It took me months doing my research. Mitzi the secretary guided me along the way. Her knowledge and expertise made things easy for me. Up until I made the reservation on the airlines, Mitzi was there.
Finally I met Dr. Xochipilli Bojorquez, DDS. I felt like I knew her all along. She was very attentive to me. I recently had an infected tooth, that I was taking medication for. So I was nervous about that. Dr. Bojorquez worked on pulling that tooth first. It was tough to begin with. Because she knew I was nervous she worked on the opposite side of my mouth first. Dr. Bojorquez talked what she was doing the whole time. Within minutes she pulled and implanted and then drilled for another implant. I couldn't believe it. I didn't feel a thing! Then she proceeded to the bad tooth pulled and implanted along with cutting my gums to drill and implant another. Their was a little bit of pressure of the bad tooth. Never in my life experienced anything like this in my life. Nothing no pain. She is better than my own dentist!!! I was not seated long in the dental chair. The whole process took from beginning to end maybe 1 hour give or take. The novocaine wore off in a couple of hours. I took the medication that was prescribed to me.
The next morning I was eating breakfast, yogurt and a danish. You would never have known I had any work done unless I showed you. The swelling went down 3 days later.
I would recommend Dr. Bojorquez to anyone. She is a wonderful, attentive and caring doctor. Her listening to her patient (me) and giving her input/suggestions meant a lot. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed in her office.

The clinic is spotless!! You can make yourself comfortable on the couch watching tv. on the left as you walk in the office.
Mitzi is the front desk secretary. She is very professionally groomed. The bathroom in the front left is immaculate.
The back office dentist chair clean. All instruments to be used on patients are sealed packages. No speck of dirt, dust or any markings on the walls nothing.

I had to replace a crown. Treatment finished and it was good. I received all that I want, and I will return for orthodontic and others treatment as soon as possible. The costs aren't expensive and they gave me a good service.

I choose this clinic because its affordable costs. My first impression wasn't good about Algodones in general. I expected to find a typical USA city and it isn't, but this clinic is clean and people are friendly.

All On 6 Nobel Biocare

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Xochipilli and her staff. I received my All On 6 two months ago (temporary bridges) and absolutely love it. They are the best at what they do and it shows. And the clinic was very clean, close to US border. Will be back.

4 implants, partial

I drove with my wife from Kelowna, BC (Canada) 3,000 km one way to have an appointment with Xochipilli (Dental Solutions).
It was the first visit: we both installed 2 implants each and I had a partial. One implant was USD 700, my partial $ 480. We also bought some antibiotics and pain killer pills fro $10. Everything went very well, no pain, no infection, gums are curing very fast.
Xochipilli is very experienced, professional dentist, office is very clean, personnel so nice, like a family.
We will go back there in Fall 2015.
