I went to have four caps done , after a thorough examination the dentist told us I do not need caps the structure of my teeth were fine. The honesty and integrity of this company are very refreshing in these times.

These people are great! Read this through. I had 2 dental implants done at Navarro Dental early in 2024. The experience was all I could have hoped for......virtually painless and the dentist was very concerned about me being comfortable. When I got back to Canada one of the caps came loose when I accidentally bit down on something hard that would have likely broke a real tooth. I contacted Karla at Navarro, wondering if they would stand behind their work or if I would be on my own. She was very concerned and insisted that they would rectify the problem. Fortunately, we were back in the area in October and, as Karla had said, they replaced the cap with no hesitation and showed the same concern as they had before. Problems can always happen, but I judge a business by how and whether they handle those things. Navarro gets a ten from me. No hesitation, no debate....they just did the right thing. Dr. Vasquez, his assistant and Mario were very professional and personable. They did an excellent job on the work I had come for. Mario was very good at welcoming and translating when needed.
