Permanent Crown Puerto Vallarta

As a result of a broken molar and a friend’s positive experience in PV, I decided to find a dental repair solution to my broken molar during my up and coming 9-day visit to PV. Online I found several clinics and made some inquiries. Dental office of PV responded and after reading some reviews I made an appointment. The first day they examined the situation and I was told I needed a root canal before they could proceed with installing a crown. The following Tuesday a specialist was brought in to do the root canal. This was a total uneventful experience lasting about 25 minutes upon which Dra. Karin proceeded with the preliminary work to install a crown and fitted a temporary one. After about an hour in total, I walked out with a temporary crown. The following Saturday I went back to have the permanent crown installed. I am incredibly pleased with the excellent workmanship an great visual and tensile result. And all this for considerably less than it would cost in Canada. I recommend this clinic to anyone and they even pick you up for your consultation. Thank you, Dra. Karen and Jose for all his help. I had a crown put onto a molar tooth while in Mexico from the United States. Ms Pena had an excellent command of English and was a good communicator in telling me the options for the crown and the process she would follow in doing the work. As enjoyable as dental work could be. And, it was much, much, less expensive than having this sort of work being performed in the United States. The reception room was very clean and neat with comfortable chairs and couch. The dental area was likewise clean and neat with a modern chair and comfortable seating. I would highly recommend Ms Pena for any of your dental work.

I had several Dentists to choose from in Puerto Vallarta. The only one who took time to call me directly from Mexico to my home in California was Dr. Armenta. His English was perfect and I felt an immediate bond with him. He was very honest and straightforward in telling me what he thought I needed (3 implants). We discussed cost and I was more than pleased. When I arrived a few weeks later, Dr Armenta made an appointment to see me next day. The office is new, modern and immaculate with an excellent staff. Dr. Armenta thought it necessary to have a cscan taken to be sure that I had enough bone for the implants (upper left jaw). He drove me to the cscan lab and we got the results. The same scan in the USA would have cost me at least 5 times as much by the way. It was determined that indeed I would need a sinus lift and bone graft. Obviously I was concerned but Dr Armenta quickly made me feel safe by giving me a very detailed account of what the procedure would be. He had another specialist fly in from Mexico City to perform the sinus lift and bone graft. It was absolutely painless under local anesthesia. Dr Armenta then proceeded with step one of the implants. My recovery was amazingly pain free and in less that a week the swelling had gone down and I was free to return home. I go back in May for the final procedures and am actually excited to see Dr. Armenta who is now my friend. I have recommended Armenta Dental to several friends of mine and they will be traveling to beautiful Puerto Vallarta for an unforgettable holiday and get necessary dental work done at the same time! Do I recommend him to you? Guess!! The best, by far, dental experience I have ever had (and I've had plenty! The staff is wonderful and Sandra, the new receptionist speaks English well and makes sure that Dr Armenta receives all messages and returns them in a timely manner.

I researched the dental offices online and selected the responsive one, Grupo Odontologico Integral, located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Jose, the Dentist's husband, responded within minutes with pricing for a single crown. I was immediately impressed but hesitant, thinking they didn't have much business or trying to sucker in an American. Well, I was totally wrong. The office was small but yet nice. Jose picked me up at the airport, just blocks away and I went in for a checkup and fitting shortly after arrival. I was fitted with a temporary crown, returned six days later and replaced the temporary crown with a permanent one. The dentist and staff, even though limited English but very understandable, were very kind throughout the procedures. The value was excellent. The difference in what I was quoted in the U.S., at a with insurance rate, covered my airfare, roundtrip, from Houston, Texas. Plus I got a trip to Puerto Vallarta, for a week, out of the experience. You can not ask for more! My overall experience was great but hesitant at first. I'm glad I went with my gut instinct and I couldn't have asked for more. I even recommended them to a tourist from Maryland that I met during a City Tour and Tequila Distillery outing. A big thank you to Danya, Jose, the dentist (who I don't recall his name) and the rest of the staff I interacted with during my visits.

This is my second year going to Dr. Noel. He is fair, smart, office is spotless. I had no pain and no problems. I highly recommend PV Smile. :)

I was able to receive treatment for a lateral incisor which had cracked. The staff was able to arrange a satisfactory repair in a very short time. They were able to match very well with the color of the adjacent teeth and also make the ceramic replacement appropriate in size and shape. The clinic is able to also make one-day replacements. I was pleased with the overall experience with the staff and office. I understood the procedures and the work was done expertly.
