Nonetheless, I was taken care of and was in good handsSal, US, 09 06 24

My only regret is not going sooner, I got off at the airport and Mr Luis gave me a lift to the office. Believe me when I say that they were amazing, I got six procedures done, because hey why not. Nonetheless, I was taken care of and was in good hands. Thank you all so much!!!

A natural look for broken and cracked teeth  If you want a smile of glory, you may need a crown to restore the tooth to its normal shape and size. A porcelain crown (also called embedding) covers a tooth to restore its normal shape and size, strengthening and improving the appearance of a tooth. Severe Best Teeth Stains Porcelain Veneer Veneer Application Best Treatment The advantages of crowns include: * Size, shape, texture and color can be controlled. * Return of aesthetics and function. * Can be used on damaged or broken teeth Although porcelain crowns require the reduction of more tooth structure than the veneers, so they are generally stronger than the veneers. Porcelain crowns look like natural teeth and are often stronger than the original teeth. A new crown should last six to eight years. Crowns, however, can last much longer with the application of good oral hygiene and supervision. Moreover, teeth grinding, chewing ice, biting your nails and could significantly decrease the duration of a crown. Dental Crowns  For very damaged teeth, dental crowns can be an effective option. The crown placement procedure involves the use of dental tooth-shaped cover made of metal, ceramic or porcelain to restore strength and eliminate discomfort. In addition, dental crowns can be used to anchor a dental bridge or to cap a dental implant post.Types of Dental Crowns  Dental crowns are made of metal, ceramic or porcelain fused to metal. She did an excellent job of taking my history and evaluationDiane, US, 30 06 24

My visit to Dr Armenta’s office was in May of 2024, following a disappointing experience with my regular dentist in California. I visit Puerto Vallarta twice a year and have had my teeth cleaned at a dental office in town. So I did some extensive research about dental care in Mexico and then specifically in PV. My friend from Aspen recommended Dr. Armenta as she had been to him and was very happy. I called Dr Armenta’s office from California and made an appointment for a Monday. (I was anticipating a root canal) I arrived in PV on Sunday. My evaluation was with a wonderful dentist (not Dr Armenta, and shamefully I do not remember her name). She did an excellent job of taking my history and evaluation, including 3 X-rays. She conferred with the Endodontist and I was given an appointment on Thurs for a root Canal. At the time I was quoted 5300 pecos (Approximately $300-350 US dollars). At my Thurs appointment, I was given an extensive explanation of my situation. There was a chance I would need a tooth extraction. I was shocked and not ready for that. Options were given and we decided on the root canal. She was able to drill through my current new crown for the root canal. However, the root in that tooth had a blockage at the bifurcation. She was able to complete the root canal but requested I return in 4-6 months for a follow-up x-ray. When I checked out I was only charged 4000 pesos per the direction of the Endodontist. My credit card showed $233 for the entire 2 visits. My tooth was great for the first 2 months, but I will be calling back for an appointment to probably have my tooth extracted. As she suspected, and now so do I, the tooth under the crown is probably fractured. Originally it was a crown replacement and that is not uncommon. I am so thankful for her extensive explanation of what was happening with my crown replacement and for giving me an option. I am much more prepared for the extraction now. I will obviously be returning to Dr Armenta’s office for the procedure without any hesitation. By the way, my visit to Dr Armenta’s office in PV, including airfare, hotel, and the cost of the root canal was less money than the quoted price of an evaluation of my tooth in CA, which was $2160. And I had a wonderful week in PV and a thorough explanation of my tooth situation. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Dr. Armenta’s office.
