All-on-4 Dental Implants Los Algodones

My mother had dental work done at Best Dentist Mexico by Circle Dental Group. Everything about them was incredible. We were picked up in Yuma and driven across the border. It was fast and easy. The clinic has state-of-the-art technology. I thought I was in the States. Ally was amazing. She coordinated everything, and the prices she gave us were respected at the office. She gave us discounts we wouldn't have received if we had gone directly. Plus,s she's a real human who is always available when my mother had concerns. She made this whole experience amazing. Dr. Bazua was very gentle and spoke fluent English. That was helpful. My mother had premium zirconium crowns for only $380 each. I strongly recommend you call Ally, the Patient Manager, and have her book your hotel and transportation. You won't have to worry about anything.

Dr. Leslie Carrasco and her team were fantastic! Brenda, the receptionist, was friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Carrasco provided several treatment options, clearly explained the procedures, and performed detailed work to ensure the dental work was perfect. I was looking for a dentist in Algodones and read through reviews and emailed 4 different offices. Dr Ruiz personally called me back immediately and got me an appointment for the next day (which is the day I asked for) I went this morning for an X-ray, exam and cleaning with Dr. Ruiz and had the best experience. I definitely recommend him and his staff and consider him my new Dentist. Great office and Dentist.

Not only was Dr. Ivan the best dentist I’ve ever had, but his wife, who is his assistant and patient coordinator, went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their clinic is beautiful, meticulously clean and filled with state-of-the-art equipment. I’m so excited about my new smile that I can’t get this grin off my face! Thank you guys a million times! I have been researching dental implants for quite some time now. I was looking for price affordability, quality of materials, expertise and the risk of doing a full mouth implant for myself. This is to replace my partial denture and several loose teeth, which are very uncomfortable as of late. I looked into local oral surgery offices in and around Houston, Texas, and abroad (Turkey, the Philippines and Mexico). The cost is high and I’m very much priced out of the quote I was given in Houston. I chose Algodones, Mexico for its short flight from where I am. Two to three hours from Houston, and about 18 hours less for flights to Turkey or the Philippines. I’m originally from the Philippines, but my thought process is to have a quick flight in case I need an emergency remedy for my implants; thus, Mexico was my final choice. I spent hours texting and talking to different clinics in Algodones, Mexico, comparing prices in connection to the services and materials included in the package they offered. And from my research came one clinic that I thought had the highest quality of implant with an affordable package for a full mouth procedure. Varto Oral Surgery quoted me less than $20K in September 2025 with “all on four” on upper and lower implants using Straumann and Zirconia permanent teeth. The packages also include bone graft, dental extractions, ct scan, sedation, hotel accommodation and airport pickup to and from the hotel/airport. Dr. Roberto Vargas and his team worked on my procedure with ease and reassuring calmness as if they’ve done this kind of surgery a million times. I was awake when they cleaned my existing teeth. After that, I got sedated, and when I woke up, all my old teeth were extracted, and 8 implants were already embedded into my jaw. I felt only a little discomfort on my gums. The next morning, I was fitted with the temporary teeth and by noon, I was on the observation phase with almost no swelling. Varto clinic provided me, free of charge, medications for two weeks. As I write this review, it’s been 4 weeks since my procedure. I have no more swelling, no pain on my gums, and no bleeding. Chewing a food that is comparable to boiled broccoli is still getting used to but with careful processing, it is manageable. My next appointment for permanent Zirconia teeth fitting is in February, and it seems my healing is progressing so fast that I can be back before the allocated 4 months healing period. This is thanks to the meticulous and careful procedure by Varto Oral Surgery!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! I’ve had everything from cleanings and cavity work to root canals and implants, and every visit has been exceptional. He takes excellent care of his patients, is transparent throughout the process, and is always kind and reassuring.

I revisited this Dental Clinic to have 4 cavities filled. As usual; the staff are very professional and very courteous. The Doctor was very thorough with my x-rays and overall examination. I will not hesitate to revisit this establishment again ! Hi Brian, a big thanks to you buddy!

What a wonderful experience! I found Unik Dentristry, Dr Manuel Ramos, online when looking to get bridge work. I went there in November, and the office attendant was so friendly and made us feel at home. Dr Ramos is such a kind and caring Dr I Thought I could just get a bridge to replace 3 teeth, however, Dr Ramos was honest to tell me he could put one in but advised me it could break because it would be too long, so advised me to get an implant, which I agreed to. Just finished up yesterday with the bridge attachment, and realized overnight it was too tight, so Dr Ramos took me back in today, had to remove it, file off some and replace the bridge at no cost. I am so pleased with the look as well. Again it was a pleasant experience, I would recommend him highly for your dental needs. Thank you again, Dr Ramos!

Hope Dental lives up to its name completely - an AMAZING team! Having had a pretty poor prognosis dentally for many years, I felt hopeless about my smile and teeth. I just completed the on 4 procedure for my top teeth and 3 implants on the bottom to restore bad bridging. The work is beautiful, I love my new smile ❤️ Dr Benjamin Beltran is meticulous… the whole staff caring, down to earth and just lovely people. I can’t say enough about the Team here. Recently, one of my front upper crowns broke off while I was still in Canada. Yilka has been my dentist, along with being the dentist for a multitude of my friends and family, for many years. Yilka has performed superior and consummate professional services, including cleaning, fillings, crowns, bridges and implants and also arranged other dental professionals to perform root canals and other surgeries. Yilka is always the person I call when I have the need for her services. I completely trust her competency! So there was no doubt she would be engaged to do the recent implant required to fix the broken crown. Yilka’s fees for service have always been fair, and she strives to provide good value! Yilka’s staff are always cordial, inviting and helpful. Her office has all the necessary equipment and is clean and inviting. Personally, I cannot envision ever seeking services from another dentist!

Modern equipment, fast yet detailed. I was treated royally and am extremely happy with my results. I had my previous dentistry done in Tijuana and Canada and received nothing close to the results I had at Prostho. The price was by far the lowest I saw anywhere else in town.

I saw Dr. Carlos Morales at the CME Dental Clinic back in January and he and his staff did a great job installing my 5 unit bridge and zirconia crowns. My bite feels great and I haven’t experienced pain or discomfort with my new bridge. Dr. Morales has all the latest dental technology to make your new smile look great. CME has a new digital scanner that can now take digital impressions of your entire mouth. This digital scanner is lot more accurate than the old way of taking impressions of your teeth by having you bite into a mold. Maybe that’s why my bite feels great when I chew my food. I also got to tour their new dental lab across the street where they make all their crowns and bridges and it was very impressive. They use all the top dental software and big screen computers to make your crowns look, fit, and feel great. Lastly, I recently had a liver transplant so I’m very careful about the dental clinic I chose to do my dental work since I’m immune compromised. Safety and cleanliness is VERY important to me!! This place definitely passed that test with me. They were very clean and took all the necessary safety precautions when they were working on my teeth. Check them out. I highly recommend them. CME stands behind all their dental work and will give you a written guarantee before you leave in case you ever experience any future problems. Your satisfaction is very important to them. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Make sure you ask for the office manager Francisco and tell him I referred you. He will take good care of you. I can’t wait to go back and get more dental work done on my remaining teeth!!

My experience began with research and ended with choosing RD Dental first because of their quick response and pricing (not the cheapest). They answered all my questions quickly. Yes, I was nervous about going into the unknown—from Canada to get implants—but the savings helped considerably! My sister and I flew into Phoenix, where we were quickly picked up by Jesus and Rossel from the clinic. We felt very comfortable right from the start! After a few stops in Yuma for lunch and coffee, the border crossing was so easy! They took us to the Hotel California, made sure we were checked in, and confirmed our appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. The hotel was ‘quaint’—nothing fancy, but clean, with air conditioning and a convenient café (great coffee and fresh donuts every day) and restaurant. The clinic also provided transport every day to and from the clinic if we wanted it. My first appointment went well. I initially planned for six implants, but after consulting with the dentist and reviewing the scans, I ended up getting eight implants, two root canals with crowns, an extraction, whitening, and, of course, a cleaning. After lunch at the adjoining restaurant, I went for the two root canals. Let me just say—if I had had two root canals at home, my mouth would have been sore for at least three days. Not here! The dentist numbed just enough, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. The next day included scans, crown fittings, whitening, and cleaning—thank you to Dr. Irma Barcia! She was gentle and quick. There was a lot of waiting around, but patience is key—it’s ‘Mexican time.’ The next day was the implants. Dr. Irma fitted the crowns, and then I saw Dr. Hector Manchvil (spelling?), the implant specialist. I was so nervous, but wow—he did an awesome job. Three hours later, I was walking out! While walking around Los Algodones, I saw numerous people with a lot of bruising—but not with Dr. Hector. I went back the next day, and there was very little swelling and no bruising. The following day was for recovery, and then on Friday, Mariela (the owner of both the dental clinic and restaurant) and Rossel drove us back to Phoenix. I know this was long, but I am looking forward to returning in September to finish up with the crowns. The whole crew here was fabulous! I can’t forget about Ivan at the front counter, the dental assistants, and the waitresses at the restaurant! I highly recommend RD Dental.
