Hi ... I just want to give a quick review on the incredibly prompt and professional manner my enquiry for implants was handled. I was able to arrange for the implant Dentist professionals to quickly evaluate the xrays I sent by email within a few days. Very shortly afterwards I received an extremely detailed and comprehensive quotation, and what steps and proposed plan my procedure could be undertaken. As yet I have not agreed to proceed with the implants, as I am awaiting other quotes, but considering it very thoughtfully. I have severe anxiety stemming from an incident with my orthodontist and have not been able to go to a dentist or for oral work for years because of it. Almost all my dentists in the UK have not been exactly.,.equipped to help with anxiety despite me explaining my situation, so I was worried it might be the same here. But it was completely different and surprising. Dr Seo was so patient. The entire office was very accommodating. They set you up in the room and let you relax and just acclimatise to the environment (which helped me because it takes me some time to work down from an anxiety attack) and Dr Seo was patient and kind the entire appointment and explained everything clearly. The office also is very nice and bright with lots of windows and plants so it feels more comforting straight away. I'm already scheduling another appointment. I'm so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
