The process of booking was easy and the lady I dealt with was professional and friendly. Everything was booked but just prior to having the treatment of removal of a growth, I found that it had fallen off on its own. This meant that the procedure was not required. My deposit was refunded with no issues and if I required this service again this is definitely the company I would use. The service I received was excellent even though I did not require the completion of the procedure. The lady I dealt with was lovely to deal with so I have no doubt that if I had continued the final result would have been as expected.

I'm very scared of needles and Jenny was caring and helped me overcome my fear. After entering my details with whatclinic, I was contacted by Claire Lavery Aesthetics and booked in for treatment within 24hrs! Which I thought was fantastic! The treatment I had was wart removal and Claire was so friendly and very professional. She put me at ease straight away by explaining the procedure and how it all worked before starting.
