Dr David Taylor is an absolute gem and puts you at ease within moments of arriving. The procedure I had was totally painless and the whole session was just a joy. Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face. I had spider veins from using steroids on my skin. A lot around my nose and on my cheeks. I hated them for years. Great. No salespeople to try to talk me into something. The doctor was really nice, smart and very honest because they told me all the risks. I went to two other clinics and they said I would be absolutely perfect, but I found it hard to believe them. Dr. Thao said I may have some blister or mild skin redness from treatment and that spider veins may not go away entirely depending on size and depth. They had a good laser from Israel- told me it was US FDA (I checked to confirm) before I went back.) Results are great- no more spider veins. I had redness for half a day, but no blister. I think I look handsome now.

Had my treatment today for skin tag removal. Doctor Ash was very kind and efficient. Will definitely go to her again. Thank you.
