I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

Absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend. Communication all the way. Very polite. I had fillers and treatment for wrinkles. I think for what I've had done it's good value. I feel rejuvenated and happy with my results. I chose this clinic as its close to where I live, plenty of parking at no charge and very easy to get to.

I love my visits to Dr Julia, in a nutshell, she is awesome. Warm, bubbly, caring and most importantly, knowledgeable. She is helping me hugely. I wanted to address the signs of aging but was terrified of the frozen look. This has not been the case. With advice and recommendations in the use of high quality skin care products combined with a sprinkling of injectables I feel amazing ❤️ I highly recommend this clinic.
