I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

I had anti wrinkle injections and filler done by Angela. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. She is very professional and made me feel at ease, as I was having my lips done for the first time. The anaesthetics used was superb, there is minimal pain and minimal bruising. My lips look natural, as I prefer to look like I have not had any work done. I would highly recommend anyone to have treatments done with Angela and will be returning myself.

From the moment I walked into Dr De Souza’s clinic I knew it was worth the 3-hour journey it had taken me to arrive. David was so kind and attentive offering me refreshments which helped to calm my nerves. Meeting Dr De Souza was so reassuring I instantly felt my face would be in the best possible hands I had the 8 point facelift and the results are wonderful, so natural but so lifted. Dr De Souza made me feel so at ease and explained my procedure every step of the way. The procedure was virtually painless ( with the help of the numbing cream ) I can honestly say I cannot praise his knowledge, expertise and experience enough. I am thrilled with the results and would never contemplate going anywhere else. Thank you

The proof is in the pudding! feeling invisible is common as you get older or so I thought. Having met shaun we discussed various procedures. I chose peels and treatments for my wrinkles. Having used a number of clinics I decided serenity was a good choice. The best decision I have made in a long time. The proof for me is feedback that I have received from colleagues, family, and friends, so positive and I do not feel invisible anymore. Shaun was so professional and humanistic I felt reassured this guy knows his stuff will be back soon the clinic is lovely and beautiful thank you Shaun.

Recently had microneedling done on my neck and face. So impressed already, can't wait to see the improvement in the coming weeks! Professional beautiful clean facilities. Everything was explained and Mandy was lovely. Highly recommend a visit to this salon. .
