I had a mole removed from my back. The procedure was explained to me beforehand and they also gave me a post treatment information sheet. They also informed me that if there was any post procedure problems I could return to the clinic which is reassuring. The reason I chose this clinic was because I live only a couple of minutes away and I wanted to stay local. The cost of the treatment was very competitively priced and I would certainly use the clinic again if so required.

I was suffering some self esteem issues due to skin problems and my sister suggested I enquire at Laserase. From my first consultation with Dr Patel to my treatments with Jo I have been treated with respect and consideration. I'm always greeted by smiling faces and the clinic just doesn't feel like a medical facility. In truth, it's taken several treatments to see an improvement but I'm very glad I chose this course of action. My self esteem has improved with my skin condition and my self confidence is bouncing back. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

I would like to thank Springwell clinic and Stephanie in particular, for the superb treatment I have had today and over the many years. I have been told I look younger now than when I began my treatments all that time ago! I can not speak highly enough about the individual interest, care and thought given to me. The entire process, from the first phone call when I spoke to Melissa and paid the £70. consulation fee, to when I had to cancel that and she offered to refund it. Instead, I left it there till I could find a new date but it was nice to be offered without asking. Then my first visit for the consulation; the clinic had lovely fresh water on the table, comfortable seating, lots of interesting information, and ambient and clean yet cosy. My consultation with Dr. Pradnya was different to my previous experiences when I lived in London as she is approachable and discusses options while fully understanding the concerns, (in my case marionette lines and crepey skin around the eyes). You learn a lot from your consultation and I went away excited for my booking. When I returned to have my treatment administered, Dr. Pradnya 'checked in' with my during the process, that I was feeling ok (she is very gentle and swift) and was really clear with directions. I had MaiLi to my temples and Ellansé for marionette lines. One side had considerably deeper lines and more laxity. I am amazed and so uplifted by how more more symetrical my face is as the sides were treated relatively to requirment. It's now 3 weeks and its settled beautifully. I have had some really nice comments but none of that suspicious scrutiny. Absolutely delighted. I went for a complimentary check-up this week, no charge and it was a pleasure to visit again.

I had some sebhorrheic keratoses( Moles) removed. I chose this clinic because it was the nearest to me and had some good reviews. I was fairly nervous, but as soon as I went for my first appointment, I knew I had chosen the right place. I arrived too early but was immediately offered coffee whilst I waited. The staff are very friendly and Karen was really good, also the prices are very competitive.

I had treatment on my xanthelasma today the service was very calm and I felt relaxed. I would definitely recommend
