When I say I researched thoroughly, I mean *thoroughly*—I had a spreadsheet of options, reviews, prices, and patient feedback from Instagram and TikTok. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner. Ilva and Dr. Olegs are an absolute dream team. Ilva is always there when you need her, and the hospital and its care are second to none. I'm now 19 weeks post-op and couldn't be happier or more thankful to Weightloss Latvia.

I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

I recently had some extensive dental work done by Dr Kole and her team; 4 teeth replaced and veneers. I am so pleased with the results. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely. I'm not a fan of dentists but I would highly recommend this practice, they were patient, understanding and very accommodating. Excellent value for money.

They are very very professional. Everything went smoothly and the communication is great. They have done a great job and are supporting you all the way.

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. Kim Adam’s, from day one of enquiring about the surgery, you have been amazing, always at the end of the phone with reassurance and help. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

I had mini gastric bypass in October 26, 2023. The surgery was great. With no pain and complications. Everything was just fine and now I’m feeling good. I all ready lost nearly 16 kgs. I’m recommended Dr Hanny and his staff all the nurses were amazing. I went Cairo alone I was so stressed and overwhelmed but when I met dr hanny and nurses and the doctors I felt comfortable. Nancy was so supportive booking my hotels welcoming me in Cairo sent me a driver as soon as I arrived she gave me local SIM card with unlimited data to stay connected with love ones . I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I feel totally in control of my weight and have been quite effortlessly shedding kilos! Thank you Mr. Awad & Tonic for getting me to feel like myself again!
