Dr Islam and Mayar were extremely friendly and patient with my questions from the first booking enquiry to the post-surgery follow-up. The nutritionist Dr Ziad, driver Waleed, nurses, and ward doctors were all lovely and made sure I knew where I could follow up with them if there were any issues (there were not). The hospital itself was clean and quiet and the gastric sleeve procedure has so far (two weeks in) not had any negative side-effects. Dr Islam and his team made this a very easy and worthwhile experience!

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

Having developed high blood pressure at an early age of 23 and having lots of tests carried out with no real answers, I began to question my weight. Once I was accepted for my sleeve operation I was put under the careful care of he's team who were all brilliant at every stage. The support was there for me before, during and now after my operation. The care at Benenden was outstanding, treated like a king in his own hotel room! 1-1 care, nothing was a problem and would recommend this hospital for anyone thinking of weight loss surgery. Since my operation just over a year ago I have lost nearly 9st. Without a sleeve operation, this would never of happen. My BMI has dropped by 15 and has lost over 60 inches around my whole body. If anyone for some reason is questioning Dr Hamouda or weight loss surgery then don’t! Dr Hamouda not only changed my life but allowed me to start living it again. When they talk about The best doctor they mean this one. I will recommend him when u need to do any bariatric procedure did mine yesterday and don’t believe that I did a procedure. No pain and they are so efficient with attending to you. Thank u doc
