Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side.

I contacted BG in January through a recommendation of a friend after searching a few different ones and from the first couple of messages I knew this was the right decision. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible.

When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey.

My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. If you're thinking about any surgery with this company, I would honestly 100% recommend.

After many weeks of research I found B&G Health Clinic. These guys ticked all the boxes in what I was looking for and what I needed. I was given a phone number for a lovely lady her name is Bilgi. This lady is absolutely fantastic you can message through what’s app. Bilgi arranged absolutely everything for me right down from meeting me at the airport with transfer transport to clinic plus a fantastic stay in the hospital with the most caring and brilliant staff that take care of you 24 seven and then you’ve got the surgeon.

What can I say about this surgeon he is one of the best surgeons I could talk about. He is absolutely fantastic and very friendly comes and sees you have chats with you. Then after my operation and stay in the hospital transport was arranged to take me to a five star hotel. Wow hotel was absolutely brilliant with a thermal swimming pool. Only problem was the bar was a little bit expensive but you won’t need it, then I was picked up the following morning from the hotel I transferred back to the airport.

If anybody is considering weight loss surgery, I do recommend giving these guys a try- even have a chat with them.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on 26 January 2023. I was obese on the BMI scale, however my reason for the surgery was arthritis pain in my knees and fibromyalgia.

The whole experience was fantastic from the initial communication through to today.
All staff I came into contact with were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.

I am no longer classed as obese nor overweight on the BMI scale and my arthritis and fibromyalgia do not bother me daily anymore.

It was, and continues to be, the best decision I have made for myself.

I had planned to have my sleeve surgery on January 15, 2022. Initially I was very nervous about starting the procedure done in a foreign country, but the whole experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. All the staff there were absolutely wonderful and totally understandable and comforting. After meeting with the surgical team and dietitian on the day of surgery, I felt comfortable and peaceful. I couldn't have wished for a better experience overall with their wonderful team and 10 star service and I would highly recommend them at a drop of hat! I have lost more than 20 kgs 3 months after surgery and continue to lose weight. Best decision ever and best clinic choice to help me on my journey! Thank you B&G.

I can highly recommend B&G Health Clinic, I have done my procedure (sleeve) with them on the 26th of July. On that day I did my endoscopy and doctors detected something, I had to go for extra exams, this just gave me more confidence that they wouldn't put me through surgery if it wasn't safe. So, everything was good and the sleeve was done. I already lost over 40 kg and feel so well and energetic. If you want to gain your life back, talk to Bilgi at B&G Health Clinic Izmir. Arrived home 1 hour ago from having a gastric sleeve with B&GHealth Clinic. The whole experience was fantastic. The surgeon Dr Erdem Nalbant is a very experienced surgeon, he's a lovely man. Great experience and such kind, lovely, caring people.

From the moment I booked my procedure until now the service received has been incredible. We arrived at the airport to be collected and taken straight to the hospital, we always had a member of the team with us, and everyone was so kind and no question was too much. My partner came with me and he was treated with such kindness. The hospital is just like a 5star hotel, it is lovely. I had my sleeve on the 1st September and so far have lost nearly 7 and a half stone, if you are considering changing your life by having this operation, don't wait just do it!! I honestly with my hand on my heart cannot recommend BG Health Clinic Turkey enough. Thanks once again to the team.

Supportive and Smooth experience with BG Health Clinic
I have been considering WLS for a number of years, but have been always fearful of complications. I can honestly say from the beginning of the process getting in touch with BG Health Clinic and having my first consultation with the surgeon I was made to feel so comfortable and heard.

I have a very detailed personality, so it was ideal that alot of the documents and support information, food plans, etc are giving me access at my own convenience. Any questions I had they were always quick to answer and I felt supported. It was a quick process for me, so I had the procedure with BG Health Clinic. Again a lovely supportive experience, the staff and surgeon were amazing.

Many thanks also to Bilgi and Gamze. They were fantastic. They made me feel at ease and was conscious of how fearful I was and helped me get through that. My recovery is going great, and I am looking forward to great results as a result of this gastric sleeve surgery. Gastric Sleeve Surgery

I had gastric sleeve surgery at BG Health Clinic as a result of my long research on the recommendation of my friend. They picked me up from the airport in an excellent vehicle and took me to the hospital. The team at the hospital made me feel great. My room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. It was like a 5 star hotel. My surgery was perfect. All the staff were very nice and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Pain relief was always available without any problem. Staying in the hospital for 5 nights made me feel safe.

My journey from start to finish was coordinated by Bilci, who was very reliable and kept his word. Very very professional people. They visited me constantly. I will come back for cosmetic surgery in the future.

The clinic was very well equipped with all medical supplies. Very high standards of cleanliness, my room was cleaned several times a day. I have no problems so far and I recommend BG Health Clinic 1000%.

100% perfection in everything they do
What a totally wonderful organisation. My experience was 100% perfection. From the cleaners who keep the place spotless, the admin staff who are your first port of call being the most organised, communicative, kind, helpful people I have ever come across in my 60 years of customer service, the front of house staff, again organised, helpful, informative, the taxi drivers, polite, courteous and always on time. Then we came to the nurses, surgeons, dentists who have such fantastic, awesome skills. It’s an incredible experience that takes away all of the worries and leaves you feeling amazing with the most wonderful teeth, pain-free and totally affordable.

From start to finish my experience was the best. Thank you to the whole team. You have changed my life. Totally recommend.

I just got back from sleeve gastrectomy from BG Health Clinic and I highly recommend it, it helped change my life. The service and treatment I received was fantastic, from booking to flying to the nearest airport with the lovely Bilgi who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what to expect with my procedure.

We were put in a luxury car from the airport and taken straight to the hospital, booked and taken to our beautiful private room. The hospital is immaculate and our beds were changed daily and the room was cleaned twice a day. The nurses who took care of me and my mom, in an amazing place it was not too much trouble for them and they really made sure we were taken care of and I was checked in every 20 minutes after the surgery. Thank you so much for looking after Bilgi, you made our stay wonderful and I will miss your smiling faces and hugs every day.

I recently had breast augmentation surgery at BG Health Clinic on October 20. I am very happy with the support I received from day one, my patient coordinator was very informative and helped me answer all my questions. I had my surgery done by Doctor Melih, who was wonderful and caring and attentive, he listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me the best advice on what would be best to achieve the results I was after.

The team at the hospital before and after my surgery went above and beyond to accommodate my place and I can't blame them. Overall I am very happy with the care I have received from everyone.
