I have just had Breast Reduction and lift surgery with GLA, I’m only a few days post op but I can already tell it’s the best thing I have ever done and I am so glad I chose to go with GLA.

From booking it, the staff have been really helpful and clear. I was able to ask all the questions I needed and keep in contact over WhatsApp.

From arriving at the clinic until leaving, I felt completely safe and very well looked after. They are so thorough and offer constant support whilst you’re there and everything is explained and communicated amazingly.
I felt at ease and confident with the process.
It is amazing value for money and the treatment you receive is brilliant.
The hospital is clean, spacious and well-organised.
I did have a noisy room as I was next to a train line but it was manageable to sleep and rest in.

The hotel they transfer you to is really nice and offers a good location in the city; a comfortable room and there is a salon where you can get your hair washed, which was so nice to have after surgery!
The clinic visits were super and the clinic itself is gorgeous and professional.
I am over the moon with the service I have received and I would recommend GLA to anyone wanting surgery.

Had a gastric sleeve in July 2024 and now in Jan 2025 I have lost 6stone 2lbs!!! The surgery itself was amazing all the team from surgeon, nurses, GLA girls were all amazing! Explained everything thoroughly and any questions I had they were able to assist with the answer! The hospital was like a hotel STUNNING inside! The team were great pre and post-op, I still get messages from them to this day to see how I’m getting on! Couldn’t have had better care and the price was excellent, 100% would go back to GLA for any further surgery’s/ treatments. Thanks GLA 🫶🏽☺️

I had a gastric sleeve with GLA and couldn’t be happier. From the moment I was picked up to the moment I was taken back to the airport, I felt I was in very safe hands. Everyone was lovely, every question was answered, and the facility was spotless. I would highly recommend them.

I could have gone elsewhere and saved £300-£400, but knowing people who had been here reassured me. It’s only been a month post-op, but I’m already down 2 stone and feeling fantastic!

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming and they put you at ease straight away.
After your surgery, you are continually checked in by the team and even see the surgeon multiple times throughout your stay so can ask whatever questions you may have.

When you return home if you have any questions they are just a message away and if you haven’t contacted them you still hear from them as they message you just checking in to see how you’re getting on! They are just the other end of the phone for anything. I’ve never known aftercare like it!
I would recommend them in a heartbeat! 💕

What a great company! I was so nervous going for my surgery but everyone was AMAZING all the way through the process! When I arrived Lyann welcomed me with a big hug and made me feel at ease straight away. I could contact them any time day or night if I needed anything. They made sure I got everything I needed and held my hand when I was nervous.

The aftercare is also amazing. I hear from them regularly to check how im getting on and I can still message or call them day or night with any questions or if I need any advice. Thanks to everyone there for such a smooth experience and for being so caring all the way through.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, from my first enquiry GLA stayed in constant contact with help and advice from flights to aftercare. Picked up at the airport and taken to the hospital, dropped back off at the hotel after surgery, picked up for all aftercare visits in Turkey and returned to the hotel afterwards, picked up and dropped off at the airport to return home. Leann never left my side (apart from going to the loo!). I know it’s a bit of a cliche but really did feel like a family. Seemed and proved that nothing was a problem, you ask for help, advice or assistance and you receive it. The Surgeon (Dr Baytekin) was exceptional, he gave advice on results and discussed options before surgery. The hospital was immaculate and the staff was fantastic. Aftercare in Turkey was perfect. My advice would be do your research before undertaking anything like this but you would be hard pushed to beat GLA, it’s odd these days and I understand it is a business but it seemed to me that the most important part of the process was the care provided, not the profit to be made. From the first contact I had with Gastro Life Assistance I didn’t feel pressured in to making a huge life choice. They answered all my questions and gave me time to think and make my own decision. Any questions I had they were answered & it didn’t matter what time it was or how silly the question.

My mother in law came with me for no extra charge (she only had to pay for flights) & she was as well looked after as I was. Transfer is are included & you are picked up and taken to the hospital, hotel & back to the airport.

The hospital was spotless & the cleaners came in multiple times a day. The staff from GLA were incredibly nice & spent time with me. Due to them previously having the gastric sleeve, which I was having, they were able to offer advice & tips which really put my mind at ease.
Before the surgery there were multiple health checks (chest scan, lung tests, dietician, ultrasounds, psychiatrist to name a few) and you meet with the surgeon. Everything is explained and discussed with you. The GLA staff speak clear English so there was clear translation.

The surgery went well and the GLA staff are there when you wake up and help you to get up and move around. You stay in the hospital for four nights and have the option to then spend a night in a hotel (which I chose to do) the hotel was beautiful & comfortable.

Honestly the care from everyone I received was amazing & I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I had the gastric sleeve almost 5 weeks ago, due to my health decling and it's one of the best things I've ever done. It was a quarter of the price compared to the UK and the care I received from everyone was far superior to any care I've had in the UK. I would highly recommend Gastro Life Assistance to anyone looking to have this procedure. I can't wait to save up for my mummy makeover, once I've lost all my excess weight.

Absolutely amazing care from the start. Megan & Leanne make your journey so much easier by being by your side the whole way through, nothing was too much for them. The surgeon’s were very professional explained everything in detail and checked in on me daily through my stay, the nursing staff and hospital staff on the ward were friendly and helpful they even attempted to speak english. The aftercare from the Cisil has been amazing she’s always checking in with me and responds fast with any questions I have.

Had the gastric sleeve surgery with Gastro Life Assistance and I couldn't be happier with my treatment, the hospital was spotlessly clean and the nurses and surgeons were fabulous. The staff at Gastro Life Assistance were with me every step of the way and for any worries or concerns I had, they put me at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble.


From the moment I was picked up from the airport until I was dropped off again and since I came home they've been continually in contact with me and they're always at the end of the phone if I have any questions. I genuinely couldn't recommend them enough. First-class service from a top-class company.

Wow!!! What can I say, the care and compassion I have received from the GLA team from the moment I messaged them regarding a gastric sleeve, though to my hospital stay and my ongoing aftercare and support has been absolutely amazing!! You all went above and beyond and I feel like I have made friends for life! My only regret is not doing it sooner! Anyone thinking of using this company and unsure about booking, take that leap and book because I would a thousand times again! ❤️
