I highly recommend Dr Oliver Frolica and his team. He did my gastric sleeve on 10/1/25 and honestly couldn't be any happier his professionalism and very high standards of care I recieved from.him and Dr Keely are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for their patients care . They are just amazing and the aftercare is exceptional. I would like to say if anyone is considering this surgery i highly recommend dr Frolica and dr Keely at wahroonga , the day after my discharge from hospital my blood pressure was up and my heart rate was up they rang to check on me and when I mentioned my bp and heart rate the asked me to come straight away into the clinic even though it was closed as it was a Sunday afternoon and they met me there checked my blood pressure and heart rate and talked me through things and are going to continue on checking up on me every day by phone to make sure my blood pressure and heart rate is ok and importantly that I'm OK. I have there number to contact them if I have any concerns, I've never experienced this kind of dedication before. I truly highly recommend Dr Frolica and dr Keely, as u are in safe hands

I arrived home in the UK after my breast uplift surgery in KCM clinic on Tuesday. I spent 7 nights in Poland for this surgery with 3 of those nights as a patient in KCM. I have to firstly thank Dr Kierzynka, you are incredible at your work, even if I did drive you crazy changing my mind about implants, but I’m truly glad I followed your advice, after all, you are super educated and professional! You made me feel at ease, and you listened to me, as it is daunting being away from home in another country and having surgery for the first time, you have given me my confidence back, and for that, I will be forever grateful to you. Dr Chabab, the anaesthesiologist, thank you for making me laugh 😂 right before my surgery. You don’t realise how much that helped. I was so scared going into the theatre, but you took my mind off it by making jokes. You’re amazing at your job! I felt completely safe having you put me to sleep. 😄 Karina, this is for you, you are an angel quite literally. I felt I had a friend with me, you are such a lovely person. You lived in the UK for 18 years, so this was quite comforting knowing I had you to translate if I ever needed you to. You really care about your patients experience and always make sure we are ok. KCM is extremely lucky to have you on their team and you definitely deserve recognition. Kim Adam’s, from day one of enquiring about the surgery, you have been amazing, always at the end of the phone with reassurance and help. Thank you so much for making this process so easy and straightforward, I felt I was in safe hands the entire time and I am glad I found you back when I was looking into different clinics. Nurse Anna, you are the loveliest nurse I have ever known! Truly a gentle and kind woman and I can see why you are a Nurse, keep being you! ☺️ and thank you for helping with my dressing changes. Unfortunately, I could not remember each member of staff name that I had the pleasure of meeting, but you are all absolutely phenomenal. You all work very hard, and you all go above and beyond to make sure everything runs like clockwork. I feel the lovely girls who are nurse assistants, they deserve so much recognition, they are so polite and always smiling. 😊 To KCM drivers, thank you for picking us up from the airport and dropping us off safely and comfortably! 😆 My experience was more than I imagined, I was so nervous going but after all of the tests that KCM had done on me, I knew I was in good health and fit enough for surgery they are so thorough! If you are considering surgery abroad, I couldn’t recommend KCM enough. Going to Turkey was never on my radar, but from recommendations from people about Poland, I can see why people travel here. Surgery in the UK is very expensive but KCM made it possible. Thank you all so much ❤️

It is exactly one month today I had my gastric sleeve. The whole process was fabulous, online consultation, and communications by Nancy and the hospital The staff were outstanding. Care could not have been better. Dr Hany was so lovely, really kind and caring and very clear in what was to be done and my post op treatment. I have a liver condition as well and he had a look while he was operating and took pictures I can send to my specialist at home. It’s in better shape than I was lead to believe so that was a great result as well. From the very first enquiry to 1 month post op I have felt cared for and respected. I cannot thank Dr Hany, Nancy and Emad our driver enough. The whole process went like a dream and I cannot believe the following day after surgery I was in a beautiful hotel enjoying the sun, 5 days later I was walking round the pyramids. One month later I can’t quite believe I’ve had it done. 1 1/2 stone off and counting.

From enquiring and researching treatment clinics, Elite Medclinic was outstanding in its feedback, transparency and support. The journey pre, peri and post-operative was exceptional, coming from a medical background. The service was second to none. We are so happy to have chosen Ozlem, she was there every step of the way in care, advocacy and constant communication. Thank you so much Ozlem 🫶🧿

So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. However, as soon as i registered interest i was called by Cat, and given all the information necessary. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.

Dr Salman is just wonderful!. It was obvious from the 1st consultation with him, that he's not about the money but the happiness , confidence ,self esteem and great result he can give. Had liposuction and fat transfer, results is outstanding. The nurses are all amazing. A very clean n spotless clinic. What an amazing experience. Thanks Auralia.

We were so impressed with Dr. Armenta Jasso in several ways! He's conversational, kind, and a good listener. We had a conversation through emails before I ever met him, while I was searching for a professional weight loss treatment in Nuevo Laredo. Besides corresponding in several emails, in a timely manner, he invited me to the office and wrote a needed prescription in that first appointment.

I had the gastric sleeve in July 2021. From the first enquiry to the actual surgery I can’t fault anything. Communication was excellent Paule. She helped book accommodations, taxis were sorted with no issues and a fantastic driver. The hospital was amazing the care I received was top quality I never felt worried and there isn't any language barrier. All the tests prior to surgery were very thorough. The surgeon was outstanding too he explained everything from start to finish and his bedside manner was incredible. I truly thank the stars I found Newman clinic as they are top class for everything. I’m over a year post-op nearly 11 stone lost and looking to book plastics and a million percent heading back to Newman clinic for the next stage of my journey.

Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. The hospital is well-equipped, modern and well-staffed. The hospital anaesthesiologist and assistant surgeon also very lovely, as too were the nursing staff. I came from Australia and consider myself very fortunate to have found such a great fit for me in finding Dr Ooi and her team.
