I have been overweight from childhood, tried so many diets and even Ozempic,I keep loosing and gaining back and I wasn’t happy until i stumbled upon Dr Islam’s instagram page, I went through it, chatted him and his amazing team and got scheduled for a zoom meeting with Dr Islam, speaking with him gave me peace and I looked forward to doing my surgery with him, and just like i expected, they really helped me with planning my surgery/my trip to Egypt, the itinerary they planned for me was perfect from airport pickup, to the hospital, and back to the airport drop off, the hospital was super clean, friendly nurses and doctors who kept checking up on me and taking care of me, even gifting me, the surgery was successful, no complications, it was smooth, I hadn’t seen my period a month before the surgery and was worried and behold my period started the day after my surgery. I felt relieved, now I’m exactly 5weeks post-op op and I’m 16kg down, I’m super excited with this new lifestyle change. I keep them updated on everything I do and ask questions, and each time they have been so kind and supportive. I totally recommend Dr Islam and his team if you want to do a Bariatric Surgery. They are excellent at it.

Hello all, when visiting Dr Tamer and his amazing team, I changed my entire life around by having Gastric Sleeve Surgery. In 2024, I was told I was poorly at the time; I wasn’t at all upset with my figure. In 2025, I had to have a full thyroidectomy, so because I no longer had that hormone that played a major role in balancing my metabolism, I gained so much weight and became extremely upset and uncomfortable in my own body. I never felt in pain after surgery, nor did I feel ill during recovery I only felt a little uncomfortable and nauseous at times, but that’s expected with any surgery You’re given the right medication and kept hydrated at all times to avoid pain, discomfort, and sickness It’s clear that the team truly care about every patient they treat, and the level of care and dedication to making you feel safe is outstanding The transfer drivers that will pick you up and return you to the airport are also extremely polite and helpful The hospital itself is spotless; it was very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was comforting I’m now 9 months out of surgery and 7 stone lighter in weight I couldn’t be more satisfied with my results. I live a happier and healthier life with more confidence and no more health complications If you’re considering taking on this surgery, my biggest advice is to put yourself, your health and your happiness first and never look back because you only have one body, and you deserve to feel beautiful in it It may feel overwhelming at first because you do have to adapt to your new lifestyle, but in the end you will feel so proud of yourself Thank you so much to Dr Tamer and his amazing team.
