The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. I decide to do a gastric sleeve surgery to feel confident and comfortable, self confidence is very important to each person. It was a definitely good choice, I felt so comfortable because I had all the needed information ahead from consultant Ömer, he made me ready to step in a new healthy life. The clinic was very clean, cozy and had amazing staff working there. All medical help people has been so pleasant and supportive. This is the second time I have used NoveMed coming from the UK and once again they were absolutely superb. Following on from my bariatric surgery one year ago I went back to NoveMed to have a mommy makeover procedure. From start to finish they were brilliant, always at the end of the phone if I had any questions and really couldn’t do enough for me. The only issue we had was the first hotel we were placed in was extremely noisy and once I let the team know the next day we were moved. Excellent service. My plastic surgeon was also excellent, went through the procedure in depth with me, explained everything and I felt completely at ease. If you are thinking about bariatric surgery or plastic surgery I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A really great team with access to the best surgeons. Thanks so much NoveMed you have changed my life!

I had a gastric sleeve operation I felt normal after the operation but if you want to eat something you can't eat so much You are eating just what you need. It feels really good that I have lost 28 lbs so far. I am really happy and thank you for that.

I had gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center 6 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I made! From the moment I contacted them they were really professional, they made me feel at ease by answering all of my questions and giving me lots of information. It was so easy to schedule my surgery with them. When me and my wife arrived in Istanbul they picked us up from the airport and bring us to a very nice hotel. The next day I got to meet my surgeon. He was really nice, calming and professional. All of my anxieties were cleared after meeting the surgeon. My wife was able to stay at the hospital with me for the moral support. I wasn't in pain after the surgery. The nurses were checking up on me a lot. The surgeon came to see me after the surgery as well. They gave me detailed information about what to expect after the surgery. Once I came back home Clinic Center's aftercare team contacted me to check up on my recovery. I was about 330lbs before I had the surgery and I lost 42lbs in 6 months which makes me feel amazing. I'm still losing weight and I cannot wait until I reach my ideal weight. I came to Vanity Istanbul from the UK and have had an incredible experience. I spoke to one of Vanity's wonderful patient coordinators to decide on my doctor and procedures - she was very thorough and helpful. I chose Dr Sinem for a breast reduction and inner thigh lipo and couldn't be happier. I was picked up from the airport and taken care of every step of the way by Ayla who is absolutely brilliant! She helped to out me at ease and translated my needs with receptionists, nurses, and hospital staff. Dr Sinem was able to remove a whopping 2.5kg from my bust and has given me the results of my dreams. Everyone was excellent - very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. From the moment we arrived the service was very good. The driver was there at the airport with a name board. Claudia who was our original contact from our first enquiry, was on the phone as soon as we landed to ensure we were met. The hotel was 20 mins away. It was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Ayse our guide and translator met us the first morning right on time and escorted us to the hospital. She kept us up to date with appointment times and met with us every morning. The surgeon Professor Demirseren MD was very reassuring and spoke excellent English. His assistant doctor Eren was very good also. He even visited late evening along with Ayse to make sure all was ok and both were contactable at any time. Everything was done for us including collecting my prescriptions to take back. I am so pleased with my surgery and my recovery and would recommend this company and surgeons. If your think of any cosmetic surgery check this company out first.

The hospital was lovely and clean. Tests were quick and efficient. Nurses were lovely and polite. The surgeon did a brilliant job, make sure you ask all your questions to put yourself at ease. Irem is on hand for you to call if you have any questions! Hotel was lovely too.

Buccal fat removal 9-10cc total. Very good staff and hospital and very glad I went to Turkey for this. Almost the whole process went really well and I've communicated with AYT privately about one or two potential areas in need of improvement. Additionally my advice for people not able to speak Turkish is that their staff have a high school kids equivalent of English so whilst you can definitely talk about basic things I would strongly urge people to have a translator app at the ready with the Turkish language downloaded for offline use when you don't have an internet connection. Also make sure you get them to confirm a few times over if it is local or general anaesthetic you're going under for surgery as this was one of my main criticisms and could be a language translation issue in need of amendment.

Everything went amazing with the surgery. Sezin and Dr Metin Karadeniz were amazing. Kept informed the whole way. 9 weeks post op and 16 kg down.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Great experience.I travelled with a friend who was my companion and her daughter who was also having the surgery. Very well organised from day one. Faith Ozturk guided us through the whole process from the initial contact, all the way to the follow up once home and was on hand 24/7 for any questions or worries. The whole process went very smoothly pick up from airport to hospital for pcr test then back to hotel. In contact the whole time telling us what time we'd be collected for the drive to the hospital in the morning. Once at the hospital it was very well run, the surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see us and explain the process, he spoke very good English, whilst we had test done and blood taken. Once back from surgery the staff were very attentive and came to take regular observations, making sure we were free from pain and hydrated. I had frequent visits from the English speaking liaison who was there within seconds if a nurse didn't understand a question or answer you had. Dr visited quite a few times over the 3 day I was there keeping a check on recovery. Overall a very good, positive experience and would definitely recommend.

I have just had a gastric sleeve. What an experience from being picked up by Rus in a beautiful air-conditioned luxury minibus to arriving at the hospital and being welcomed by the staff. I showed my passport and gave my details. Then I was taken to my private air-conditioned room with wardrobe and on suite bathroom. I had my blood taken and then told to rest as it was late in the evening. The next morning I was taken for various tests and scans. I also met the surgeon who made me very relaxed and explained everything to me. I was given a gown and surgical stockings. My time came and I had my surgery. The clinic is very professional and the nurses were very attentive. I can’t thank them enough I would highly recommend elective surgery here.
