The greatest experience I’ve had so far. They’ve arranged my hotel and transfer. Everything was planned when I got here. Dr Cem, his team, nurses and the hospital staff were all amazing. Everyone was so helpful. If you want to have bariatric surgery, you can choose Dr Cem’s clinic without hesitation. Really enjoyed my time there, recommended!

Hallo zusammen, ich möchte jetzt gern was loswerden. Ich habe lange, lange recherchiert und mich erkundigt informiert mit vielen vielen vielen anderen in der Türkei mich unterhalten- und -ich habe mich für Clinik United entschieden, weil Fatma im Hintergrund war. Ich möchte betonen, dass ich Fatma vorher nicht kannte aber ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an bei ihr wohl gefühlt, verstanden gefühlt sofort vertraut hab ich Fatma , und ich habe das Gefühl gehabt sie versteht von was ich spreche. Sie kennt meine Sorgen sie kann es nachvollziehen. Fatma ist ein ganz ganz liebenswürdiger Mensch sie ist vor der OP während der OP 10 Minuten vor der OP nach der OP, immer da egal wann!! ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in Antalya um zwei Tage verlängert. Das Hotel hat sie mir und organisiert dann hatte ich privat etwas gebraucht Fatma hat sofort rum telefoniert sie hat es organisiert mir ins Hotel sogar liefern lassen. Ich hatte 2,3 Tage nach der OP so Probleme mit meinem Stuhlgang. Sie hat sich sofort darum gekümmert mit dem Arzt gesprochen das man mir sofort was verabreicht . Sie fragt immer auch wie es einem geht. egal wann man Fatma anruft -entweder ruft sie zurück oder sie schreibt zurück ne ganz ganz freundliche, liebe Frau Mann merkt bei ihr, dass die Patienten ihr wichtig sind, dass es nicht nur so Fließbandarbeit ist, sondern sie fühlt mit einem sie ruft auch nach OP wieder an, wenn man in Deutschland ist, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Also man merkt es sie interessiert sich für ihre Patienten sie ist Für uns da - anders kann man es nicht ausdrücken. Sie ist für uns da sie ist großartig und wie gesagt, ich hab mich für die Klinik entschieden, weil ich mit Fatma vorher per WhatsApp Kontakt hatte. Sie hat mir viel viel erklärt und ich hab immer ganz viele Fragen immer geduldig, immer freundlich. Es ist einfach ihre tolle Art und man fühlt sich wohl. Ich komme selber aus dem medizinischen Bereich und ganz viele von uns könnten sich von Fatma eine Scheibe abschneiden. Man meint wenn man hinfällt Fatma fängt einen auf und das war für mich wichtig und deswegen hab ich mich für diese Klinik entschieden und ich würde immer wieder egal, wenn Fatma irgendwo auswandern soll, in welche Klinik auch immer immer gucken, dass ich sie wieder habe.!!! an dieser Stelle auch an dir Fatma vielen vielen vielen herzlichen Dank, dass du alles für mich getan hast. Ich hoffe du bleibst noch sehr lange gesund und kannst anderen Menschen genauso helfen, wie du mir geholfen hast.

I lost 15kg after one month! The experience with doctor Metin Karadeniz was perfect. I had professional help and the hospital is very nice. Thanks to Sezen (my translator and contact person) and Deniz (my dietician). It’s a very professional and friendly environment. I got the recommendation to go there through a friend who got amazing results and I know mine will be just as wonderful! Thanks to the team.

In December 2023, after a lot of thought, I decided to have gastric sleeve surgery. Years of dieting had made me tired and I now wanted to go this route. I spent nights reading, comparing and writing to clinics, and then decided on this clinic and didn't regret it. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, from the pickup from the airport to the preliminary examinations as well as the operation and aftercare, everything was tip top. The nurses, the doctors and the nutritional advice were so well organized and I always felt like I was in good hands. With Julia at my side, who always organized everything so well, took loving care of me and whom you could and still can write to at any time, I would like to recommend this clinic one hundred per cent with an honest heart.

I highly recommend Dr. Sulleyman Akilli and his team. They made the entire process seamless and easy. He is an incredibly talented surgeon and a kind person. I was impressed by the level of care I received from him and still do. Being from the USA I wasn’t sure what to expect but the whole process exceeded my expectations.

I had been contemplating having a gastric sleeve for over two years before actually taking the plunge. I have struggled with my weight for half of my lifetime and I have three young children I want to see grow up. I had followed a girl on social media who had booked through BHT. She gave me the contact info for a lady named Iram. She was very thorough when booking me in for surgery and was always there when I had questions about the procedure. The day fast approached and I was met at the airport by a private taxi, and Iram at the hospital even with it being a late night! I was admitted straight away and bloods taken. The following morning I was taken for all my pre-op tests and everything was explained along the way. I was then booked in for surgery that afternoon, which went very well. I spent 2 more nights in the hospital and one night at a hotel before travelling back to the UK. All the nurses were lovely, they tried their hardest to communicate and even used google translate to help. The hospital was lovely & clean, bed sheets were changed daily, and bins emptied 2/3 times a day. Was such a pleasant experience and everything went fab. I would recommend BHT to anyone wanting surgery abroad.

Amazing! From arriving at the airport the driver was so helpful and informative, the nurses and doctors so friendly. Nesrin and the nurses and doctors couldn't do enough for me and made me feel so comfortable would definitely recommend Thank you so much for all your help.

I had my procedure in August 2023. Mel was amazing and supported me through the whole process. I stayed for 5 days and took my partner. The rooms were clean and cleaned 3 times a day. Everything was explained to me by Mel. The consultant took the time to constantly check on me and make sure I was ok.

I had gastric sleeve surgery 5 days ago. that was painful at the beginning but after 1 day, I was feeling good. They always advise me to walk. Now, I'm resting at their hotel. I will go back to the UK tomorrow. I already lost 7 kilos, this is unbelievable. Best team, best performance. Highly recommended. Thank you clinic bariatric team especially, Vera, you are amazing.

Absolut empfehlenswert, alles war perfekt organisiert. Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern, es ist immer jemand da, der sich um einen kümmert, übersetzt etc. Also traut euch und macht diese Op bei Dr. Mustafa.

I would like to thank Dr. Derda Ozer for my surgery and follow-up appointment, as well as Hassan and Zainab from the MDO team. I am especially grateful to Hassan, who served as my host, translating everything for me and taking care of me throughout the process—from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital. I will always be thankful to them for my procedure and for being such excellent hosts. I was well taken care of by Dr. Derda Ozer, and the hospital was well-equipped, with all the necessary facilities. My surgery went well, and on the same day, I was transferred to my hotel. The following day, I had a follow-up appointment. Hassan took me on a tour of Istanbul, visiting Aya Sofya, the Sultanahmet area, and the Blue Mosque. I am very thankful to him for being a great host; he speaks excellent English, explains everything clearly, and is a genuinely positive person, and treated me like an older brother. Regarding my surgery, everything went according to plan like we talked about before my visit. As for the results, I am partially satisfied and still recovering, waiting for the final outcome related to my squint eye. I remain in communication with the MDO team and have been advised to give it three months, as recovery times can vary. I may consider future courses of action later on. If I achieve an 80% correction of my squint, I will be very happy. After my surgery, my eye still shows a slight deviation, and the size of my operated eye is still smaller than that of the other eye. Overall, I am satisfied with the surgery and remain hopeful for the best results. I would definitely recommend MDO, as they are a genuine clinic, and the hospital they use for surgeries has all the necessary facilities and is based in Istanbul. They are a trustworthy company that takes great care of their patients, and without a doubt, they are neither fake nor fraudulent. The staff and team are very honest and generous.

I had a gastric sleeve procedure here in 2024, and Aysha organized everything so all I had to do was pack and book my flight. She even helped me arrange the best flight times. Everything was exceptionally well-organized, professional, and friendly. I stayed in a very comfortable family room. After my surgery, I wanted to freshen up my hair, and Aysha kindly took me to a local hair salon. It was such a relief to have someone there to take care of me. From the moment I met my transfer driver, I felt at ease. They were so nice and the transfer was quick and easy. Upon arrival at the clinic, I saw my room and had a thorough discussion about everything with the staff. The doctor I met with was down-to-earth and kind, which helped me feel relaxed. I underwent all the necessary pre-surgery tests including blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound, and other checks. The next day, I had my surgery, and the nursing team provided excellent care. Aysha, the health coordinator, was always just a message away for any support I needed. My recovery was surprisingly quick. I was up and walking around, visiting the shopping centre just two days after surgery. I also had a delightful visit with the dietician, who was not only lovely but also very funny. She provided me with a comprehensive eating and self-care plan for the next year. Before leaving, I received all the medications necessary for my recovery at home and medical letters from my doctors back home. The clinic is conveniently located about an hour from Istanbul Airport, and the transfer was quick. The town itself is pleasant, and the clinic is truly 5-star — very clean, and comfortable, and my room was cleaned daily. Overall, I received 5-star accommodation and care at this clinic and would highly recommend it and the doctor if you're considering surgery. Aysha will take care of everything for you. I feel fantastic now and am looking forward to seeing the results over the next year. Thank you all so much.
