I received counselling from HelpLink and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole experience was so pleasant and the staff are so approachable. Great to know that they are always there when we need help and some self-care.

My partner and I attended two other couples therapists while looking to improve our relationship. After they who didn't quite meet our needs, we found Liz, who has been excellent. She was able to challenge us in a constructive manner, but with warmth. This made it easier for us to receive and act on her insights, even when they were difficult to hear. She offered the direction and structure that were missing in our prior experiences with couples therapy, allowing us to make real progress. Moreover, Liz took the time to delve into the inner workings of our relationship. Unlike the 'one size fits all' approach we encountered before, she tailored her methods to address us as two individuals in a couple. This personalized approach was crucial in helping us understand and navigate our relationship more effectively. Liz provided the structure and guidance that have been really helpful for our growth as a couple. We highly recommend her to any couple seeking a therapist who offers structure, direction, and a personalized approach to therapy.

I went to see Bernie for about a year, and it most definitely changed how i see myself and my outlook on life for the better. I was made to feel so welcome, safe and understood from day one. I have been to therapy before, but for the first time ever I had been given the tools to cope with feelings of anxiety and depression, to really get to the bottom of why i may feel certain ways about myself and my life and deal with them. I would highly recommend Bernie, she is absolutely fantastic and has helped me more than i can say.

Ms Malou is an amazing practitioner when it comes to acupuncture. She is very graceful. I never feel any pain, and I always feel at ease. I've been going to her for a year for menopause and back pain. I would highly recommend her to my friends and colleagues when Western medicine has not worked for them. Thank you for helping me with my health issues. You are a doll. Also, location-wise, it is in central Dublin, and so it is easy to find and get to without issues.

I would highly recommend this clinic. Rachel has been a huge support to me in my recovery and has helped me to work through my issues, providing a safe supportive environment to do this. I truly feel I would not be where I am without the help I have received from this truly exceptional therapist.

My husband and me both found our sessions with Pearl to be really helpful. After 39 years of marriage we both found ourselves disconnected and confused. Pearl helped us to both take responsibility and to try and work out where we were going wrong. Having never had marriage guidance before we were both nervous and uncomfortable. After the first session, things became more comfortable. Having Pearl help us navigate our fears, anger and confusion was just what we needed. No blame or shame. We are both feeling positive that we are rebuilding our relationship in a healthy positive way.
