I provide a safe and welcoming environment in which to explore your process and a genuine and non judgemental presence.  I am trained in CBT, Mindfullness, Mental Health, Bereavement, Sexual problems, Stress Management, Adolescent therapy, Body work and existential issues.  Fees are negotiable.

5 50 CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

I went for CBT with Eileen and I feel her knowledge in this area and others is brilliant. She gave me tools which have and will help me throughout my life, she is a great listener, very welcoming and made me feel so at ease. I highly recommend her, she has helped me change my life, best decision I ever made, Thanks.
