I am a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist providing one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for adults. An accredited member of IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy) I worked as a counsellor with the Living Life Centre-a registered charity providing affordable counselling in the Dublin South area-for 4 years before starting working in private practice.  I also have experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team for people suffering with a psychiatric illness.

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with a Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from University College Cork having completed four years of training in Turning Point Training Institute. In my previous work as a solicitor I had over twenty years experience working with vulnerable clients and specialised in the areas of family law, equality law, childcare law and refugee law.   As a family lawyer I represented clients in stressful situations encompassing divorce, separation, custody, maintenance and domestic violence. In the area of equality I did a significant amount of work with gay, lesbian and transgender clients, clients with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities both in relation to employment and services. In the equality and refugee areas I worked with people from many different cultural backgrounds.
