Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. I met Maureen today for Hypnotherapy. I genuinely didn't know what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the process. From the moment I walked into the clinic I was made to feel at ease and found Maureen very easy to talk to. The issues I presented with now seem a lot less than they were - and that's after just one session. I have another session booked and I can say with honesty that I am really looking forward to it. As long as I could remember, I was afraid of speaking in front of people, asking strangers anything or starting a conversation with a person that attacked me. My Hypnotherapist relaxed me during his initial session and showed me how to conquer my circle of confidence and extend it to wherever I have to be and want to go.
