Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

I met Maureen today for Hypnotherapy. I genuinely didn't know what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the process. The issues I presented with now seem a lot less than they were - and that's after just one session. I have another session booked and I can say with honesty that I am really looking forward to it. From my own experience, I had been in talk therapy a few years previous and I found it took weeks to find the courage to open up and talk about what was going on and even at that, it was difficult to put it into words, however with Sinead and hypnotherapy the benefits were incredible, even after what was touched on in one session, the thoughts didn't affect me like they did in the past. Each session i had with Sinead i was able to open up more and more and i began to feel more calm, confident and in control of my life. I was able to enjoy life again and it honestly has been a life changing experience for me I cannot thank Sinead enough. I cannot recommend Sinead enough to anyone that is feeling stuck in life, or struggling in any way. Sinead has the kindest heart and is amazing at what she does.

I have had a series of reiki sessions at Aria, to help me manage ME symptoms. Emer had been recommended to me by a friend. I have found her very kind, professional, competent and knowledgeable. The clinic is in a great location, spacious and bright.

My GP suggested that I should get CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I have to admit that I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.
