Many people find that speaking to someone who is not involved can help and support them.  My therapeutic approach is Humanistic and person centred, with cognitive behaviour for anxiety and depression. These different approaches are used depending on your individual needs and issues. Other workshops completed are ASIST,( applied suicide intervention skills training).The presenting issues i work with include- Anger Managment, Assertiveness Training, personal development, Low self esteem, Relationship issues, Bereavement/loss, Social anxiety, Suicidal ideation, Coping with mental health issues, anxiety, depression, stress, panic disorder, work related issues, loss and separation. Have a mental health check, we check our physical health, why not have a mental health check, our mental is just as important. There is nothing shameful about mental and emotional disturbances, the wise thing is to admit these difficulties and seek help. A mental health check will look at how you feel about yourself, have you a problem with self esteem, communication, assertiveness, are you anxious, stressed, or do you worry all the time.
