I wrote a review on the 26/07/2021 after being treated for smoking by Cormac. Just wanted to update my review and let you know that it is almost 2 years now since I’ve quit smoking. Once again I want to say a massive thanks to Cormac. This has changed my life. I have also referred family and friends to Cormac who he has treated successfully as well.

This journey with Renata began about 6 weeks ago. It was a decision that was not made lightly as I had very conflicting opinions as to what I would actually gain from counselling. But due to a thought that I was beginning to lose my mind and experiencing very high-stress levels from a personal issue, combined with unresolved childhood issues I knew I was in trouble. I remember feeling nervous about being judged or getting strange looks and even though she'll think I'm either over exaggerating a situation or the opposite. I was met with a very friendly, warm introduction and immediately those doubts I had lessened. Renata, is very down to earth, empathetic and her attention to detail is second to none and how she engages in conversation, allowed me to drop the barrier I had up and the problems I was enduing just flowed. It is almost like she knows you better than you know yourself and in the short space of time I have known her, I feel that the problems I have can be fixed and feel very comfortable in her presence. In her words " together we become a team ". To conclude, very happy and satisfied and it's a small price to pay to begin healing and the fightback. Totally recommend Renata.
