Went in to treat anxiety I was experiencing, as well as depression. From the very first meeting, Tim made me feel safe, understood and highly respected... I have what can be called a "neurodiverse" psyche, and Tim went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs, ensured I was happy after each session and was exceptionally receptive to feedback. He is incredibly compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and genuine. It's been a life-changing blessing to meet him.

This is my first session with Robert. It went very well for me. I found him gifted in his presence and as a therapist.

I originally went to Renata due to relationship (attachment) issues and health anxiety in Winter 2021. I was initially expecting some help to get me through hard times, but it went far beyond my expectations. Over the course of 8 months (1 hour weekly sessions), Renata effectively triaged and treated the most severe issues (health anxiety) before using the same powerful tools to help me in life in general. Besides her deep knowledge, Renata is a brilliant listener, naturally fun and very easy to talk to. This makes for easy work even on daunting issues. I found it especially useful that she isn't afraid to give creative advice also, drawing on her deep experience in psychotherapy and even biology and philosophy to support more traditional techniques. Specifically we used CBT and schema tools. I'll always consider myself a work in progress, but I feel much less anxious, stronger and more at home in my own head than I have in years! Moreover, she has taught me the tools to maintain this and continually improve. It is honestly the best gift I could have given myself. I only wish I went years ago.

I went to Sarah for short term talk therapy. Initially, I was nervous but I soon felt comfortable and free to talk about everything without fearing judgement or patronization. I wanted answers from someone, but in a short space of time, I learned that isn't what therapy is about. It’s about finding the answers in myself, with the therapist helping you and guiding you there. Thank you for everything.

I would highly recommend Tatjana to anyone. Every appointment with Tatjana was beneficial, worth every hour of my life. I had trust issues and many other issues that come from childhood. Many of them I didn’t even think are affecting my life. We went through a lot of them and I saw a whole new world around me that I’ve never noticed before, I became more positive and learned how to resolve problems that may arise along my journey called life. I now know myself and love myself, I see myself, hear myself and live in peace with myself. Seeking help was the scariest part for me but it was definitely a case of “ good thinking Batman “ Allan is an absolute gent and helped me declutter my thoughts and feelings. I thought it would be a long and difficult journey but it was a relaxed atmosphere, and in that comfortable safe space I began to see myself and like myself … just me as I am! It never once felt like a stuffy therapy session…. Allan says it like it is, and therefore I could too. He is a genuinely likeable, nice guy with a sense of humour and I’d highly recommend him !!

I had my first appointment just recently. Magda was very welcoming and friendly whe we first met. My first impressions were positive and I hope to continue in the coming weeks.
